Settle into this cozy first-floor condo and prepare for a wonderful Martha's Vineyard getaway! You'll have access to the property's pool, grilling area, and Har-Tru clay tennis courts. The condo's interior, which includes a private bedroom and bathroom, is newly refurbished and feels like home.
Stroll out to the warm sands of Joseph Sylvia State Beach about half a mile away, where you just might want to spend the whole day. Play a few rounds at the Farm Neck Golf Club, or stay on the property and challenge someone to a round of tennis at the on-site courts. The center of Oak Bluffs, about a mile away, offers a delightful range of restaurants, shops, and activities.
You're all set up for a movie night with this condo's cable TV and free WiFi. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Complimentary on-site parking and a shared washer/dryer are provided at the Island Inn at Martha's Vineyard property, too.
Other amenities include a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Great location. Super friendly staff, and welcoming for dogs! Clean facility with enough space, and the kitchenette turned out to be very valuable as we ended up there during the remnants of a tropical storm that washed away any possibility of outdoor dining.
This place was nice and it was the only reasonably priced place when I looked as 85% percent of the places were booked already.
We love coming to the Island Inn every June! Every year there are visible improvements to the landscaping and buildings and it looked wonderful. The proximity to Noman's is great for both adults and kids. Beds were super comfy. It was a lovely stay.
Great place to stay in Oak Bluffs! Safe, friendly and family oriented. Affordable for a family especially since Marthas Vineyard is so expensive. It was a cute room and pleasant location
Nice large room. ALWAYS a warm/hot shower unlike in some of the other units. Small cooktop with small microwave, toaster and coffee maker; double-door closet. Outside are several grills, picnic tables and firepits as well as a children's slide/swing playset. Beautiful grounds to walk around. There were small sugar ants by the back door which also had locking/opening issues. Otherwise, a good stay. This really is the perfect hotel to stay in on the Vineyard, as it offers other things to do if anybody gets tired of the beaches and towns (pool, tennis courts, right next door to a golf range), corn-hole (bean bag toss) setups, and a restaurant & bar right on premises. While it is away from the hustle & bustle of town, The Island Inn is within walking distance of the beach (Oak Bluffs proper too, just a bit of a walk), and there is a bus stop right out front (never used this service, however); the entire island is bicycle friendly. The hotel is not super-fancy but perfect for a beach vacation, and who goes to the Vineyard to primarily stay in a hotel room? I love that we can save $ by cooking in our rooms/outside on the grills. This was our 12th year at this hotel.
Pros….location to Oaks Bluff and Edgartown; clean for an older property, no weird smells, has pool & tennis court Cons……it is an older property, the a/c is loud and some of the tile in the bathroom were coming up. Overall I would definitely stay here again because it was very clean and great location.
The large space was great, the updated kitchen was well stocked, only issue was the curtain had to stay closed for privacy because there was no sheer curtain. That made it very dark in the room.
We visited with family on the island so we didn't have much time at our room but it was really nice. We enjoyed a few games of connect four on the large board in the yard and played a little corn hole before we had to run. Wish we had more time for a fire at one of the fire pits. Such a nice, peaceful and relaxing space to enjoy. Room was clean, bed was super comfy and everything was as expected, if not even a little better.
We loved the property, location, Noman's Restaurant, the staff (very friendly and knowledgeable), amenities and cleanliness. The unit had everything we needed, but there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke which we noticed every time we entered it. Still, it was not a deal breaker.
We had a great time at the Island Inn. The location was great and only about a mile to downtown Oak Bluffs. The room was perfect and the staff was great. We would love to stay here again during the summer months when the on-site restaurant is open as well as the pool. We will definitely be back.
