Welcome to SD Cozy Home. This Brand New Modern ADU was just created with an Oasis Style. Immerse yourself in our state of the art entertainment Gazebo center. The area is nicely decorated with style & comfort. Located 15-20 mins from the world famous Zoo, SeaWorld, Beaches, Airport, Parks, and Mountian Trails. Easy access to shopping, trolly & transit. SD Cozy has everything you possibly need to enjoy your stay with us. If you are in the mood for some Authentic Thai Food, we have youcovered.
The space
This luxurious home has everything you possibly need for a memorable vacation: The most comfortable queen size bed with adjustable / massager. Full kitchen with hi-tech appliance & quality materials; electric burner-stove, samsung refrigerator, coffee / espresso machine, and your own washer-dryer machine. Enjoy the outdoor areas with our state of the art gazebo entertainment center (2 - 75 high end samsung smart TV's with home theater dolby atmos surround sound ) fire pit, built-in grill with a commercial size burner, and a cozy sitting areas to keep you enjoying the San Diego weather well into the evening. The beautiful vacation spot was created for a memorable vacation!

Note: We do have a Thai restaurant located literally 2 minutes walk. You will receive a 30% discount while staying with us. You can simply Dine in or order out. Please let us know before hand and you will receive a code to redeem this offer as many times as you would like with our staff.

Make yourself at home, our property is all yours to enjoy, including the outdoor spaces.

Self Check-in:
Enjoy a smooth arrival with our easy self check-in process. Simply use the keypad on the front gate and front door, and we’ll provide you with the access code on the day of your arrival.

All guest will enter through your private entrance located to the left side of the white garage door. You will be given a 4 digit code once booked ( enter the 4 digit code and press the unlock key symbol ). Once you enter, you will see the ADU to the left. There are two Suits ( The Letter A & B, is located next to the door below the light. You also will be given a 6 digit code with your a signed suit ( enter the 6 digit code and then press the finger print symbol) to enter your vacation spot.

Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11PM-8AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.

We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.

We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Those found in violation will incur a $350 cleaning fee.

We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

This property has video surveillance in outdoor public spaces only to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed.

We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level at all times, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 10 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right fit for you.

Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.

Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
