The apartment is lovely and feels like a warm hug on a rainy Seattle weekend. The host keeps everything super clean and has all the right touches with conveniences in every room without it feeling hectic - it is roomy and inviting. And the shower and water pressure is wonderful too! Highly recommend.

This is a beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished modern apartment. Exceptionally clean, walking distance to everything you want and need. We will most definitely stay again on our next visit to the area.

The host was incredibly thoughtful! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great. We walked around the lake, used the light rail system, and there is enough to eat close by. Great day!

Location is very convenient for the University, Greenlake, Ravenna and the highway and having parking is a big help. It is close the the train line too. The space is bright, sunny and fun art decor throughout. It has a fair amount of space to spread out. The bedrooms have mirrors so you can get ready and not need to share the bathroom. The rooms have window AC that worked well. Overall it feels thoughtfully put together. The host is very helpful. Brought fresh coffee to brew, offered tips on everything from parking to where to eat.

Wonderful clean colorful apartment. A joy to stay at.

This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in a great area of Seattle-peaceful and quiet with easy to access the light rail, Whole Foods, Greenlake and many restaurants. The private second floor apartment is tastefully decorated in Arts and Crafts style- spacious, uncluttered and meticulously clean. The ground floor deck is also a great space to pass time relaxing. Wynia and Ben have gone above and beyond with so many thoughtful details (including wonderful, freshly ground Equator coffee and tasty treats) . They are very proactive, responsive and gracious hosts, and had anticipated all of our possible needs. When I stay again in Seattle , I definitely hope they will have availability for me!

As a repeat customer, I just can't say enough good things about this host. Wynia responds to all your questions, has the most delicious coffee, water and snacks ready for your stay. The location is ideal if you are traveling to Seattle Children's or UW. Park like setting just outside the front door. Can't wait to return, hopefully soon.

There is a reason that I am a repeat guest, the place is perfect for my travel needs. It is close enough to Seattle Children's Hospital and the University of Washington to fit those needs but in a park like setting, quiet and oh so cute.

What a delightful space, full of art and cozy light! And great set up for coffee making with daily delivery of fresh organic grounds. It’s convenient to public transit w easy access to downtown and walkable to GreenLake.

An absolute joy! Wynia the host is a true gem. From beginning to end she made sure our stay was a positive experience. We had the entire 2 bedroom upstairs apartment to ourselves, which provided a very private setting. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Wynia even had freshly ground coffee beans waiting for us upon arrival. Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy a cup due to our time constraint, but there's always next time! The place was beautifully decorated and spotless! Great location, close enough to activities and resources, but far enough from all the city lights. The apartment has an inviting atmosphere with plenty of space and amenities (movies, boardgames, snacks, extra linens/toiletries). Last, but not least amazing hosts!! Thank you two for sharing your beautiful space with us. Well definitely be back next time we're in Seattle. 3

Since I only have 1500 characters... I'll do my best.Super communication. Great value for the money. Well stocked is an understatement. Plenty of room for two couples - not that were in there that much as we were out and about. Location? Less than 15 minutes to the Roosevelt Link station (30 minutes or less to the ID or Stadium stations - no parking hassles!), or catch a bus nearby. We attended a concert which was a 20 minute walk. We did drive across the state, parked the car, and left it there the entire weekend. I-5 is just a few blocks away. While the property is on the corner of two busy streets (TBH, what streets in the U-District aren't busy?), you didn't really notice the traffic once you settled in.Very thoughtful with everything in the unit - excellently stocked kitchen, and yes, we shared a love for good coffee with the host :) and that was a most enjoyable exchange. The entire unit is well stocked and comfortable. The main bedroom has a desk, which was used for some studies that needed done, and appreciated. Summary - have an event in the U-District? Book it. Have an event down town, book it. Grocery store less than 15 minute walk if you need to stock up on anything.This is on our short list for any Seattle trip with four adults.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Seattle, particularly if you plan to spend time at or near UW. I have stayed at many VRBO properties, and Ravennity was the most well-stocked by far. Wynia provided fresh-ground coffee, as well as water and a wide assortment of sparkling water and snacks. This is truly an enjoyable place to stay!

Extremely welcoming host. Concise and quick communication with the host. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Comfortable beds, cozy accommodations and the host has thought of every detail to make your stay the best.

The house was super clean and hospitable. Ample supplies including fresh ground coffee, snacks and extra bedding and towels. She also kept in good contact and was cheerful and easy to communicate with!

The host, the space, the vibe, all of it was like a warm cozy safe home. I would easily stay here again and I live in Seattle! From even before we landed to the morning we left we felt so welcome and the energy was amazing!

The flat was very comfortable, exceptionally convenient to public transport, stocked with necessities and extras to improve our stay, and roomy for 3 adults. Wynia is an exceptional communicator and made sure we had everything from snacks to restaurant recommendations. The dedicated parking space was perfect for our rental car (which we barely needed).

The apartment was perfect! The space was ideal, spacious, comfortable and there were games to enjoy! We had a lovely stay. Nothing could have been improved upon, anything that I needed was provided and convenient. The host was amazing, went above and beyond! Great location, I would highly recommend!

This was an ideal Seattle stay location. Great decor, perfect kitchen, comfortable beds, easy parking and in/out the door...exactly what I was hoping for. Wynia greeted us warmly and answered all of my questions, and though we didn't need anything more, I'm sure she would have delivered. You bet I'll come back here next time I visit!

We had a fantastic stay. Wynia created such a welcoming space for us. The accommodations were perfect with two bedrooms, a nice sitting area, and a kitchen with everything we needed (including delicious coffee!). The location was also perfect - it was easy to use public transit and to drive/park when we needed. Highly recommend.

Wynia is the best VRBO host we have ever had! She went above and beyond to make our stay so perfect. The unit itself is beautiful, unique, and has a true Seattle feel. Very well located, super easy check in process, comfortable beds, great coffee and little snacks provided, etc. We love it, and will certainly stay here again!

What a perfect set up for my wife and I to stay during a family wedding in Seattle. Our hosts were amazing, very responsive and provided us with everything thing we needed or asked for! With Light Rail steps from the apartment numerous Seattle neighborhoods and downtown were moments away so driving became obsolete. Groceries and great restaurants were also steps away. We give it 5 stars all the way!

First, want to say host Wynia was very responsive and had great communication. She provided restaurant recommendations and experienced suggestions for the area.What separates it from a hotel is the personal touches and helpfulness of the host and the place was very spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Great location if you want to visit downtown Seattle w/o driving into the city. There is a light rail 5 minutes walk away that you catch to go to the city or to the airport. Highly recommended!

Wynia was a fabulous host. She supplied fresh ground coffee and even helped us find flowers for our daughter's graduation. She also recommended some great restaurants in the area. The property was close to the light rail and mass transit making a car not necessary. A nice park is just a few blocks away as well. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking it again on our next trip to Seattle.

Our stay here was perfect. It had comfortable beds and dark bedrooms for a good night sleep. There was a bright functional kitchen for making brownies for my son’s birthday. The location was a five minute car ride to Univ of Washington and the driveway parking was very convenient. The best part was meeting the owners and seeing Wynia’s artwork. Truly wonderful space maintained by amazing people!

We only stayed one night, but it was so enjoyable. We loved the neighborhood, we walked to Wholefoods and cooked in, kitchen had everything we need. Was pleasantly suprised at all the nice extra touches in the unit. Fresh ground coffee, snacks and drinks in the fridge, it made us feel right at home. Wynia was super sweet and checked in on us when we arrived, she really has thought of everything. The upstairs apt has lots of charm, loved the older light switches and the historic details while having all the modern things that make staying in the apt comfortable. It was really a pleasure. Great experience if only for one night. I appreciate renting from someone who has put so much thought into making her guests feel at home.

We had a wonderful time at Ravennity, a lovely 2 bedroom second floor apartment. Our hostess is an artist in several media and has made a warm attractive nest of a place including many samples of her work. She and her husband went out of their way to assure that we were comfortable. We enjoyed long walks in the neighborhood and adjacent Ravenna Park.
