Perfect place to stay if you're passing through Kansas, excellent hosts would definitely stay again

This was a great little place! It was very comfortable for 3 adults, it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. It was clean, and well appointed. Fran and Larry were great to deal with. We would stay here again!

It was inexpensive and adequate but desperately needs a good cleaning. The plastic drawer unit for kitchen doesn’t fit, hard to open and there were crumbs and dirt in the silverware drawer. It’s fine to be old but not dirty. If you’re on a budget then I guess it works.

Nice and quiet

Cute appartment. Clean. Safe area. It had everything we needed and then some. 10 min drive from Wesley medical center. 5 minutes to a Walmart. Our 2 year olds schedule was very wacky from spending his days in an icu waiting room for over 2 weeks. I am sorry about that. It was good for him to have a homey apartment to come back too though.

The apartment was exquisite in decor. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was very nice furnished with plenty of appliances for a longer stay. Parking right beside the entrance and the beds (queen & twins) were very comfortable. We’d like to coma again and stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the apartment and the quiet neighborhood. It was in the perfect location for everything we needed to get to. All the amenities for the perfect weekend stay along with a much needed snack when we arrived. Hosts were very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! Cozy apartment with room for kids to stay. It was clean and in a quiet little neighborhood.

Everything was clean and it was comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and we were able to sleep peacefully. Owners live on property but the house is split. Didn't ever see them and could barely hear them.

The house is quaint. Easy to get to and right next to a highway so easy to get around. They don’t have a full kitchen which didn’t bother us. The bed is a little used as in dips in the middle and its really soft. We prefer a firm bed but this did not take away from the experience for us either just adding the info for others. Very sweet couple. We would stay again.

My 13 year old daughter and I booked a weekend getaway to see one of our favorite artists. As a mom having a safe place was key for my selection. Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend!

This is a very well thought out little apartment, lots of details that show the owners‘ thoughtfulness. In particular, the tiny little kitchen has a lot more helpful items than I would’ve ever suspected. We were able to cook there very easily.

My brother and I were visiting Wichita again after many years away. This place was very quiet and restful (except for the thunderstorm one night!)It was close to the freeways for our trips into town. The only thing I would add would be coffee creamers and sugars. The hosts provided cold water bottles and snacks upon our arrival which was very nice!The furniture is definitely older, but so are we! It was a comfortable place to land for a couple of days.

The host were amazing. So sweet. The house is very old. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed for our one night stay. The town is very small. But they have a very small walmart. Recommend.

Tucked away on a quiet street, this rental was perfect for my two-day stay in Wichita. Nothing fancy, but perfectly functional accommodations. Thank you Fran and Larry for making everything go so smoothly.

Very nice neighborhood. Small and clean.

It was a quiet neighborhood and nice location to where we were training. Was not a fan of all the dog hair and dust accumulated on the fans and floors in some spots. Wish I would have know it was a pet friendly place I would not have booked. I’m allergic to dogs so my allergies were in full swing. Overall a nice place.

We came for a basketball tournament! Worked for two adults and two teens. It was clean. Just what we needed for our weekend.

Nothing too fancy which was just fine. Place was clean and the beds were wonderful. Little efficiency type of set up. Owners I believe are close by if something is needed, we were pleased. Look forward to coming back.
