Stayed Nov 21, 2023We’ve stayed everywhere in Rosemary and we keep coming back to this carriage house because the location is just so good! Right next to a green space for our dog and steps from the beach. We will be back next year.

Stayed Nov 2, 2023We had a wonderful long weekend in Rosemary Beach. The carriage house is in a great location and we had a lovely stay. The mattresses were comfortable. The furniture is shabby and stained, and the kitchen was a bit dirty. It wouldn't be my first choice, but we would certainly stay there again. It is more accurately a one bedroom with a loft than a two bedroom.

Stayed Aug 15, 2021This house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our pup. We loved the location being on the block right off the beach. However, upon arrival we noticed right away the space was not very clean. There was sand all over the floors that I quickly found a broom in a closet to clean up. There was a strong dirty drain stench in the shower that stayed with us all week. Both the shower drain and the bathroom sink did not drain very well, needing a deep clean. The shower needs some obvious repair as there are cracks in the tile and grout that may be contributing to the moldy stench. Both of us agreed that the place would have felt nicer and cleaner with a fresh coat of paint. Rosemary beach was beautiful and the neighborhoods charming, but this house was less than average as far as cleanliness and a nice stay. We were disappointed to find the DVD player supplied did not have a remote compatible with it so we could not select scenes or pick up a movie where we had left off. We chose this rental for the location and the fact they allowed our golden retriever to stay with us, but we will probably find a nicer place next time.

Stayed Mar 8, 2020We loved this cottage! It had everything we needed and is in a perfect location! Very short walk to the pool, beach, restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice carriage house, convenient location to beach and city center. House itself could have been cleaner, especially upholstery of furniture.
