Stayed May 11, 2026My reservation was supposed to be from May 11th to 13th, but when I arrived, I discovered that, aside from the address and a supposed reservation number, I had no access to the door. After trying to contact the reservation manager and messaging a bot, they only sent me repeated reservation confirmations that didn't provide any information. The receptionist gave me the number of the office/apartment owner, who informed me that there was no such reservation and that someone had already occupied the apartment since the previous day. So, after two hours, I gave up, left without a place to stay, and without money for two children. I had to look for something else. Unfortunately, I received no response from you to all my messages.
