Super cozy place on the water. Coffee and water view were outstanding and relaxing. Everything in town is just a few minutes of walking. Great stay!

Great view of the river and riverbank woods, boats. Loved the unit itself - economical in size but did not feel cramped. Wish there was bar soap vs one tube of body wash for 2 adults for 2 nights, but maybe that was on oversight. Overall a lovely stay.

Excellent communication all the way to check out. We had everything we needed. Clean clean clean!

River dock view - shades up another bldg/residence has view right in to bedroom (maybe shades that open from the top instead?). Did have some loud voices from neighbors.Very conveniently located from town for walkers, which we like. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

It was easy to drive around. The food and the restaurants which were plenty was good. The people that lived in town were very nice and accommodating.

Stayed 1 night in Saugetuck. We go every year but this was our first stay here. Everything was so easy to book. Got in the room a little early and that was great! Pretty room and everything thing we needed. Hope to stay here again!!!

Took my husband here for his birthday and some much needed R&R. We sat or laid around, which was the objective. Felt rejuvenated when we left. Will definitely stay again!

Great little town with tons of sights and entertainment.

Birdie's place was just as advertised. Very clean, easy to find and access, and right on the water within short walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. Communication was quick and easy, overall we had a great time and are looking to come back in the future.

We booked the Paddlewheel location to be close to downtown Saugatuck, and it was more than we hoped for. The check in process was so easy because the manager contacted us via email and text days before our visit with detailed instructions. The location was so quiet and peaceful, but close enough to all the shops and restaurants to walk. The checkout was just as easy as check in. We have already discussed staying here again in the future!

Saugatuck is so beautiful, this is a perfect clean place to relax for the night. Beautiful view of the lake doesn’t hurt.

This was a last minute trip. We were supposed to go to Florida, but with Hurricane Helene in the forecast we decided to head north instead. Saugatuck and the Star Studio at Paddlewheel Properties was the perfect choice! The apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was located within easy walking distance to all restaurants and shopping. And, of course, the Star of Saugatuck is right next door. We loved sitting at the table and watching the boats move up and down the river. It's an easy drive to beautiful Oval Beach, wineries, orchards and picturesque lighthouses in neighboring towns.

I loved everything about this place. The location was amazing, and communication with them was quick and easy. I'd love to stay here next time I'm in the area. :)

Beautiful property!

My wife and I celebrated her 40th birthday here for one night. The location and accommodations couldn't have been more convenient!! The host was also readily available for any questions, which was refreshing. Thanks for making it a memorable weekend in Saugatuck!

Located close to everything in Saugatuck. Enjoyed walking about town and biking to and around Douglas. Parking at the property was tight for our SUV and bike rack, but it worked.

My sister and I took full advantage and made the most of our one night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed time spent in our beautiful, spotless, updated, unit with a great view of the Kalamazoo River as well as time spent out and about. We did some light shopping, had lunch with friends, spent a couple hours at Oval Beach, experienced an incredible sunset aboard the Star of Saugatuck. .

This place was beautiful, clean and accessible! It is connected to the boat tour, which we didn’t know anything about when we came a couple of years ago. It is walking distance to the all the area has to offer but set away enough for when we were ready for quiet. The view out the window was great and we also didn’t have to be concerned with parking. Everything was perfect!

Fiance and I stayed in one of Birdies properties on a Friday night. The place was extremely clean and cozy. Just what we needed. Birdie even surprised us with some 50th birthday decorations. We will deffinetly be back.
