Stayed Jan 26, 2026We loved our stay at this waterfront guest cottage! It was lovely and very comfortable and had everything we needed for a three day stay with our dog! Paul and his wife Yulia were great hosts, providing restaurant recommendations and were there if we needed them, but the cottage was very private and we didn't feel like we were staying in someone's house. It was very peaceful and quiet.

Stayed Nov 5, 2025This private house is situated in a super-safe neighborhood with beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. Very clean with everything you need for a short trip to St. Augustine. Had our morning coffee at the end of the deck overlooking the river. Really nice place - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stayed Dec 29, 2021This place is a gem! It’s clean, cozy, pet friendly and in a great location. Paul is an exceptional host who goes and beyond to make his guests feel welcome and cared for. His suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot on. Our family of 3 and our 2 dogs had a wonderful stay. Flash, the resident hound is a sweetheart. The views are lovely and the sunsets are epic. The guest suite is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. A 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach and a short drive to St.Augustine. I highly recommend Paul’s place and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 24, 2021The property owner is excellent!!! Fire pit by the pool. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views and the greatest doggie host named Flash. My dog Bella enjoyed this vacation also. Nice neighborhood for walks and the neighbors are just as nice. Very peaceful and restful place. Wish we had the chance to experience some fishing off of the dock but 5 days just wasn't enough time to fit in everything this wonderful city has to offer.

Stayed May 29, 2021Paul the owner was gracious and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Great views of the Mantanza river and sunsets. Pool right out your back door. Just a few blocks from the beach.
