Waterfront Resort near the Beach! 3 Homely Units! Free Parking, Heated Pool!

First time ever in Indian Beach Shores for a family reunion and it was nice. The unit was clean, cozy, and, comfortable and a few minutes down from the reunion gathering. The area was very quiet even though it was walking distance to the beach, bars n club areas. The office management was polite n welcomed. Overall great place to visit.

The property was family oriented, convenient to everything. We would love to stay there again!

We loved our stay. It was perfect for a whole lot of people will definitely be back.

We were very disappointed with the customer service upon check in and during our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was the worst I have seen on a VRBO and i have pictures to validate this. One of our rooms had dirty linens, used body soap in shower, bugs, dirt/grime in bathrooms/kitchens and floors, used hairbands on window sills, dirty dishes in the cupboards. One room had a distinct foul odor the entire time, when asked for the rooms to be cleaned we were given a note that they could not get to it that next day. I would NOT recommend staying at this location.

Conveniently located to the beach but also has a nice pool to utilize. We had 3 units and all three were a little different but all homey. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

We were all here for a family reunion. Although the weather was quite cool, the 7 of us were all quite impressed by the accommodations. Some goodies were left for us, as well as some dishwashing detergent and soap, so this was helpful. We didn't use the pool, although we did drive by it and saw people smiling, so that's a good sign. :) The coffee place was just a half block to the left (if facing the beach) and the pizza place just past the miniature golf area, to the right. Both were perfect spots for our stay. We could not get into the grill restaurant, so make your reservations early for that one! The best feature was the nearby access to the incredibly beautiful beach! WOW!! I miss it already. For us ladies, I do recommend bringing extra toiletries, especially shampoo/conditioner. Other than that, wonderful stay.

Would definitely recommend this property. We had a group that ranged from 2 years old to 60 and everyone seemed very pleased with their rooms. Very clean and houses were stocked with everything you would need to walk to the beach. Can't wait to return!
