Waterfront on Canal, Boat Slip, Close to Beach, Restaurants, Shopping & Fishing!

It would have been convenient to have an outside water source like a shower or hose for spraying the sand off items that had been taken to the beach.

Cute, clean condo for a couple, area where you get key from lockbox could be in a better area, glad we didn’t arrive after dark, had some trouble getting the key out, but it finally opened, we did enjoy our trip to South Padre, hope to come again on a future trip.

Our stay was very nice. The unit was a efficiency and not a full 1 bedroom. The unit was clean and very nice. It was very relaxing and quiet in the evenings. The beach is close by and easy to get to. The only thing we felt was missing that we really missed since we were traveling from out of state was that there were no beach towels for use at the pool or beach and no beach chairs. We talked about the chairs and realized that there was no storage space in this unit to keep them but the beach towels were a bummer. We had to purchase some for 2 days of use. We also wished there were a few hangers in the closet for clothes to hang on but not a real big deal. Charlie the owner was extremely helpful and took care of our needs very fast. We felt that the unit was very nice for the price and the location was fantastic. We had a very nice time there.

We had an amazing stay here!! The space was very cozy and comfortable for our weekend away. Mr Guzman was very responsive and kind with any questions we had. We will definitely plan another stay and recommend to family and friends.

A little too far from the beach for a golf cart, and no where to park if we got it. We did not have a parking pass during our stay so we had to make one on a piece of paper and stick on our dash......we went out early each morning to make sure our truck had not been towed. The place is nice, just a little small. Pool excellent!!

Cozy, centrally-located apartment. Small, but well-furnished and cozy. My 9yo son liked this better than La Quinta, and it was cheaper.

The property was old, not very well landscaped. Entry doors to complex were difficult. The weather was bad so we were confined to the room very much. The mosquitoes were horrible. The unit was well equipped but extremely small. Good for a couple but that’s it. The shower curtain fell about 4 am waking us up. The tub area needs to be renovated. Not much room for your clothes as most drawers were full of sheets and towels. Very limited space. We left a day early. I would not recommend this place.

Great small condo for me and my 2 kids. Great proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Overall I give it 3 stars. AC worked well so that is a very important pro. Con is no WiFi and property renter never responded to us about it during our 3 day stay. Bathtub does not have a plug to use bath so plan to stick to showers only.
