We travel every January to SoCal to recharge and reset. Jenna's condo offered a quiet cul-du-sac location with marina and laguna views. We very much enjoyed the open floor plan of the common areas - light, bright and airy. Deck off the living area provides a lovely vista view of the surrounding nature preserve. We would watch the kite surfers, paddle boarders, and neighborhood seal lion and birds take advantage of the lovely tranquil waters.Kitchen was well stocked for all of our culinary and entertaining needs. Unlike other properties that we have rented in the past, Jenna keeps a variety of spices on hand. Ample supply of cleaning supplies are provided as well.Washer/Dryer was thoughtfully tucked away out of line of sight in the 2nd bedroom closet. Beds were comfortable and linens were up to date. There were plenty of blankets available in case it got chilly.We appreciated the good water pressure in the roomy showers as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.Jenna and her team were super responsive and we NEVER had an issue with communication. One of the things I really appreciated was the scheduled bi-weekly cleaning. I very much enjoyed that “refreshed” feeling of the unit, with bed linens being changed, towels being swapped, and a thorough deep cleaning that comes from a host who genuinely cares about her guests’ overall experience.
