Waterfront Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Spacious apartment

This unit is located in a very convenient building, not to big, not to small, just right. The location right on the Hollywood Beach is great with the direct access to the beach from the very nice pool area. The unit itself is very comfortable with 2 split bedrooms and 2 dedicated bathrooms, nice balcony, lots of closets, nicely furnished, with very well equipped kitchen There are however few reasons why we could not rate our stay higher than 3 stars. When we moved in the kitchen was very poorly cleaned. The handles of kitchen cabinets were sticky. They were not cleaned in a long time. The landlord was responsive to the cleanliness complaint, sent the cleaning person to do the job and 4 hours later the kitchen was clean. Two weeks into our 2 months stay the building started repair work on the balconies and the outside walls. This work involved drilling from about 9 am till about 5 pm on most days. The noise from the drilling was so loud it precluded being in the apartment during the day. It was not possible to conduct normal conversation. At some point we lost the use of the balcony when our line was being repaired. We would not have rented this unit if the landlord made us aware of the impending repair work. The landlord stated she was under an impression the repair work was supposed to be completed prior to our occupancy. She offered $300 in compensation for the inconvenience. Considering that $300 represented only 3.75% of the total rent, the offer was grossly inadequate. Nonetheless, we would consider renting this unit again if assured of no repair work during our stay.

As in previous reviews this unit is spacious, well equipped and new or like new dishes, glasses, and cookware. We have had the great fortune to have rented this unit for the past three years. The location is excellent for shopping, restaurants , racetracks and of course the beautiful beach with malls and cinemas nearby. For the hockey fans Florida panthers are only 25 minutes away! Car rentals across the road. Anastasia is very helpful making the rental process an easy one. Thanks for letting us into your condo. Hope to be back soon.

Spacious two bedroom apartment with great amenities. The owners made the booking process very accommodating. We would defintely recommend this rental to a friend.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the month of February. The condo is exactly as pictured.Anastasia, the owner, was very helpful in making the arrangements. The condo was exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything you would possibly need. There were plenty of towels,beach towels and there were beach chairs and umbrellas. The bedrooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. Condo was very convenient to Wal Mart, Gulfstream, restaurants and only 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale. My husband and I rented this condo for the month of February. Anastasia, the owner, was very helpful in answering all of our questions. The description in the listing was very accurate. The condo was very clean, kitchen was equipped with everything you would need, beds were very comfortable and there also were beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Laundry facilities were right down the hall and very clean. Condo is a very secure building, pool area and beach also very clean. We had a great vacation and would recommend this condo . My family and I spent our Winter Holiday in Anastasia's apartment. Conveniently located on the beach it had everything we could have asked for; it made for a memorable vacation. The size, amenities, comfort and cleanliness was exactly how it was presented. All appliances, furniture, televisions and washrooms were in perfect working condition, it is very well maintained. We would have no issue renting from Anastasia again. THANKS ANASTASIA!

We stayed in this unit Jan, 2013. Anastasia, the new owner, was very helpful in making the arrangements. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. The furnishings were excellent, and there were many extra items such as beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The unit has 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room so there is privacy for each. Located next to elevators and laundry room so it is convenient. The underground parking is great. Property is safe and has excellent security. Right on the beach and close to many restaurants, casinos, and racetrack. We would definitely stay there again.
