This little place was so cute and comfortable. (The bed was super comfortable.) Close to town. We would definitely stay here again. We ate at many different places but our favorite was Loco Jo's bar and grill. The owner Nikki was so friendly and was a drink maker master. The food was fresh and very good. We went there 3 times and it was 5 stars each time.

This was our second time staying at Marine Watch and it did not disappoint. The unit was clean, the owner was easy to contact if needed and we were within walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the two balconies and watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We will definitely be back!

We walked into a beautiful studio apartment with a nice view of the marina. Quaint little front and side deck area. Perfect walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Property manager was very nice and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be returning.

No ceiling fan. AC circulating fan was locked out, no toaster, as suggestions. EXIT light is very bright at night. Barn door closet was impossible to utilize since bed blocks doors

We loved everything about this property! It was spacious, well-lit, and adorable. We were within walking distance to cafes and popular restaurants and we didn’t have to move our car the entire time we were there. We walked to breakfast/dinner every day and it never took us more than 10 minutes! The host was very responsive and made check-in/check-out super easy! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I went to Southport for our anniversary and loved our stay! We were right by the marina and could ride the bikes provided to all of the restaurants in no time. The location was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!

A wonderful location! We loved watching all the fisherman coming in and out of the harbor! Easy walk to the restaurants. Great place to just hang out on the porch and take in the view. I will be back!

We have stayed at two other condos in this same building for several years in the past. This was a short get away so a 1 bedroom or studio was perfect. Condo is super clean, beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Captain Tim is super nice and very helpful...Great communicator and very friendly. Cannot say enough great things about our 2 night stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Captain Tim!!!
