Stayed Aug 23, 2025PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!!! My husband and I purchased this hotel back in August for my birthday weekend. The hotel staff were not polite and plus you have no choice but to pay for valet parking and if you wanted to park your car yourself you had to pay double then valet. We ended up paying for valet which was fine but they took a while to even bring down our care. We started there for 1 night and within that one night after going out and getting back around 9pm is when I noticed the room was warm. The ac had gone out we went down to the main lobby by the elevator which took forever to come up to the 11th floor and even got stuck. Once getting to the main lobby after taking the stairs when the elevator opened on the 10th floor we informed the hotel that the ac went out in our room one of the ladies who said very rudely that we needed to contact our host and she left the hotel. We took the stairs to the 11th floor and emailed and messaged our host and never got a respond that’s when I decided to contact vrbo and I was on the phone for over an hour when they tried to contact the host but we both had no response. Being stuck in a room that was 80 degrees we had to choice to be sleep in the room after getting off the phone at 12am with vrbo. We fell asleep then my host contact me at 12:51 stating he was was sorry about the cooling issue and if we’d like to switch rooms after we’d already fell asleep.
