Water Street Retreat Lake Chelan

Views!

Our stay was lovely comfortable and relaxing. The top floor featured a tv in every room, two bathrooms (one with a soaking tub!), hardwood floors and did I mention the view! Great art was hanging all over the apartment for some ambiance. Couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience!

The customer service and care we receive from Donna each time we visit is unmatchable and we travel a LOT! Tied with that is the location and view of the condo. It's truly a penthouse suite on the side of a little mountain overlooking the most beautiful lake in Washington, in my opinion. We love Lake Chelan and have stayed other places but since finding Donna's retreat, we won't stay anywhere else. The proximity to the public beach across the street and town five minutes away are perfect!

The unit had plenty of space, a wonderful view, and was clean and inviting. We had no issues, so can't speak to service, but host was informative on initial check-in.

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Wish we had more time there.

The location was close to small beach with a dock, near water toy rentals, not far from wineries and a short drive to town. Donna was super friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the layout of the condo but the outside was still under construction. Master bedroom was nice but smaller rooms did not have air conditioning and the blowup mattress in the living room didn't hold it's air. Also there wasn't a hairdryer.

This apartment has the most amazing views in the front room with goid kitchen and dining and living area.

This property was perfect for my crew. We slept eight comfortably. The view was amazing.

The property has a fabulous location, and great views of Lake Chelan from the open living room windows and the deck. Very responsive host and the place was very clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

First of all, host never answered my questions and the day of our reservation we still didn’t have the code to get in to the house. We get to the house and there we found a phone number to call and finally someone give us a code to get into. The house was so dirty, a lot of dust and in the bathroom found hair , so gross. So I started cleaning the good part is that they have all the stuff there for cleaning. But if you going to vacation you aspect to find everything nice and clean. The location is perfect, that is the only positive thing.

The view was amazing and with all the large windows it was spectacular. The main area was large and comfortable and we didn't need to purchase anything, but food & drink. It was very well equipped. Location was great in this lovely community. Host was very accommodating and friendly & prompt with answering questions.
