Stayed Jun 5, 2025This was my third time staying at Tidewater. Different condo every time. The resort is nice and big. Elevators are horrible!!Check in was very easy. Condo was very spacious and had everything you would need except for a blow dryer. Loved that it had carpet in living room and bedrooms. The water pressure in both bathrooms is good until you turn the showers on then they aren’t the best. Plenty of how water for 4 people to shower back to back. The air is not the best in the rooms or bathrooms. Vents was closed in bathroom so we opened it and it helped a little. Living room and kitchen area was cold but not anywhere else. The beds are not comfortable at all nor are the pillows. Slept better on the couch than i did in the bed. Dryer doesn’t dry well, it took 2 times through a cycle to get a small load dry. Plenty of towels and wash rags. Each bath has soap, shampoo and conditioner that actually smells good. Came with two beach chairs and an umbrella for the stay which was nice. The guy at the beach desk where you get them tried to say it didn’t come with free ones until I said I had a screenshot to prove it and then he said oh yea it does.

Stayed Jun 18, 2023We had the best family vacation with our girls! The condo was spacious and beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. All of the restaurants we dined at has delicious food. The condo had everything you need.

Stayed Jul 18, 2021Tidewater definitely has an elevator issue but it’s manageable as long as you miss the high demand times which were all the time. The staff working the Tiki Bar and other areas were not friendly, including the security guards working the pools and luggage cart areas. They like using the app and email but feel at check in would have been nice to review pool hours, theater room information, restaurant information, etc.
