Stayed Mar 19, 2026The property was centrally located to everything. Great restaurants, quick grocery stops and 5 min drive to the numerous beaches. Very secure and safe as there is 24 hour security. Inside the unit has everthing you need for a perfect vacation with the pool right outside the door. The host is very responsive and gracious, definitely coming back.

Stayed Apr 5, 2026Spacious apartment with updated fixtures and amenities. The pool was excellent and steps from the back porch. Having a secured entrance was great so worrying about the car outside wasn’t an issue. Everything we needed was in walking distance but we were tucked away enough to enjoy quiet evenings. The host was very responsive. Would stay again.

Stayed Mar 6, 2026Great location for walking to ears and treats in Simpson Bay. Easy location to get a taxi. Security is good. Nice pool and located in nice community. Host very responsive. Cleaning could step up a notch in kitchen (cabinet fronts) and rugs in baths were worn and dirty. Annoying pooling of water in hall shower. Otherwise very nice.

Stayed Dec 14, 2025Nicely appointed condo. Excellent location. Quiet but close to supermarket and restaurants. Two excellent breakfast restaurants right next door. Nice pool area. Good outdoor dining area. My wife and I stayed for one month in December/January 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We had a great stay. Clean property that is located close to many restaurants in Simpson Bay. Loved that the pool was only a few steps from patio door. Pool was very clean. Host was super easy to communicate with. We'd stay again!

Stayed Jan 14, 2025Great Location, walking distance to many restaurants, beaches. Condo is well equipped with many amenities. Pool is located right outside your back door with a few steps up to the pool deck. Steve the host is amazing, answered all our questions promptly. Messaged us a few days into our stay to make sure everything was going well.
