Walking Distance From Oak Bluffs Ferry Terminal with 180 Degree Ocean View

This property is clean and located in an exceptional location although it is very sparse in furnishings. There is no table in the living room to rest a drink or place your items while watching TV and the TV is very low so you feel like you are looking down. The sofa is not very comfortable and it’s cumbersome to bring your own towels. However, it’s still good for a quick stay.

Newly renovated property perfectly situated near ferry and restaurants with water views and beach just across the street. Beautiful big windows, comfortable beds/bedding, new everything. Walls are a bit thin so we could hear neighboring guests but not a problem. A great rental in a wonderful little island town.

First, second, and third the view is amazing! Sitting on the balcony, overlooking the harbor, watching the sailboats and ships sail by, cannot be captured by camera alone. The apartment is very clean and has new furniture. The bed was super comfortable and the couch is also comfortable to sleep on. The location is perfect. Get off the ferry at Oak bluffs and there you are. Resturaunt’s, shopping, and sites are all around the corner. You would not need a car, although there is parking on site. Danny is very responsive to any call or question. If you are coming to MV, stay here and nowhere else. Bring your own towels as bedding is provided but not towels. There were some basic items in the kitchen left by previous guests. There was also liquid soap left behind and paper towels. You can’t count on this so you should bring your own soap, shampoo and paper towels. I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing location right in the heart of Oak Bluffs! Easy entry. Great balconies overlooking the ocean. Wonderful kitchen and great TV. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the water. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Despite the busyness of the area, the apartment was quiet. We did need to provide our own shampoo and body wash. The host was responsive to our questions.

All was good great location very clean only issue was I didn’t know there were no towels

The unit is clean and conveniently located with a nice view of the ocean. Convenient for a short last minute stay.There were no towels whatsoever - make sure you bring some if you'd like to shower.Expect some street noise due to proximity to the bar next door (which has great food).

We loved our stay! It was the perfect location, loved the view, it was sparce but clean. Check in/out was easy and owner was responsive.

Great location

Pros: Very clean, great view. Cons: the couch is said to be a queen that sleep 2, it is VERY uncomfortable for sleeping. There were no towels in the bathroom or kitchen which was REALLY inconvenient since there was a terrible storm amd water was flooding in from the patio doors in the living room. I spent the evening mopping up water to keep it away from our sleeping area

Over all exactly what we expected. Downstairs neighbors were extremely loud after midnight. I tried to reach Dan by email and phone to ask a question, but he never replied.

This condo is a minimalist dream but bring your own toiletries; soap, shampoo, etc. Location is amazing. All the basics but limited on a few things. Forks, spoons, etc. Communication with host took a minute but once we were in contact things were fine. I loved it. Would stay again.

Great Place

Property was new and in good condition and location was very good for a stay at Oak Bluffs. Check in time was late in the day, 5:00 with no considerations to check in earlier. The amenities were scarce. When we arrived, there was only one set of towels and only hand soap for 4 people. When we requested additional supplies we were given 2 more sets of towels and a couple of bars of soap. The pull-out bed that was to accommodate two additional people not staying in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. Frankly speaking, you could find better places to stay on the island.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! You are literally steps away from the best that Oak Bluffs has to offer. We will definitely be staying again!

The pro’s: steps from the ferry terminal, carousel, shopping, restaurants, beach, gingerbread houses, and more! Spotlessly clean. Everything in working order. Very cute! Detailed and clear instructions were sent to email and text. The con’s: listing said sleeps four, but beyond the king size bed, there is only one couch that I wouldn’t count as a pullout. The listing should say sleeps two plus a couch. There were only bath towels for two people, and no beach towels. I texted and left a voicemail with two simple questions and did not receive a reply. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but with only two people next time.
