Walking Distance From Oak Bluffs Ferry Terminal With 180 Degree Ocean View.

It was clean and comfortable, and close to the center of town. The chairs on the deck were a bit rusty and could use a replacement. We were overall satisfied with it!

Great stay. Like others have said, only two towels, no beach towels, and have to deal with electrical breakers on your own. Got info for getting into place in a timely fashion but didnt get a response on a question i asked during my stay. Best view on the island. Just bring your own stuff

The apartment was awesome with great views of the ocean and a very convenient location to the ferry and shopping.

Good location. Bedroom view is of the garbage dumpster of the Lookout. Zero communication- none of our messages were answered through the platform or through text. This property is in no way hosted- you need to bring absolutely everything except bedsheets. They don’t provide any towels( including hand towels and bath mat), soap at any of the sinks or anything to cook with. Considering the price per night, it is not worth it. Also, the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, especially in the bedroom. It sounded like our neighbors were in our room. You can do better in OB.

Excellent location!!! We didn’t need to drive anywhere in Oak Bluffs. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping and even convenience store. Unbelievable water views from balcony.

We aren't sure where the previous reviews came from. But, our experience was not the same. The host communicated the entry information the week before we arrived and the directions were clear. We attempted to communicate with the host via text, email and through vrbo to ask if we could drop our luggage off arly. But we never received any replies.The apartment is located within walking distance of the ferries, shopping and dining in Oaks Bluff. It looks like it has been recently remodeled as far as flooring, cabinets, etc. We have come to expect a level of convenience when staying at vrbo locations. They include bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, pots and pans, and cleanliness. The apartment had two (2) old bath towels, no wash cloths, no kitchen hand towels, no pots and pans, the microwave and stove had no electric power and it appeared this was normal as the gas/propane stovetop had matches sitting next to it to light the burners. The refrigerator notification of water filter change was overdue. The description lists this property as able to host 4 people. The couch setup for 2 people outside of the one bedroom would not be suitable for adults. Tall children would be hard pressed to be comfortable. The shower water control had no cover between the handle and wall and had plastic taped to the wall to keep water from penetrating the wall. Great place to stay in Oak Bluffs

Danny is amazing and very accommodating. The location is perfect if you want proximity to all of the action.

Location, view and the unit itself were amazing! The Close proximity to everything was great! Marked down from 5 star for two reasons: 1 check in at 4:00 seemed too late. 2) There were no hand towels, wash clothes. We were left two bath towels, women with long hair appreciate a towel to wrap hair in.

Location, the water view, delicious restaurants nearby. Apt was comfy, clean. For 1 night only used the fridge.

It pretty much was as advertised except no towels /washcloths and rusted, old broken down chairs on the patio. Great location, nice apartment but really needs some touches that would be simple and inexpensive to make it nice, For example: Shower curtain disgusting, no hand soap curtains were just hanging on a line a with old stains, back door lock in bedroom which leads to outside and stairs to ground floor was loose, not secure. Food was left in the fridge. Owner never answered my call or message me back when I requested towels and washcloths, he did work with us about leaving our items to walk about the island before and after checking in and out. Worked out well for overnight stay only.

No towels, no soap, tv didn’t work until my husband fixed it. Door handles are loose and couch & bed are hard. I appreciated the host sending us detailed directions for access!

I asked the host a question before I booked this and received no reply. This should have been a red flag to me but I booked it anyway. After booking, I sent a different message and again received no response. If you rent this and you have a problem you will be on your own.

This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all, this was a great stay for our first visit to MV.

Great location and amenities.

We love the front row seat on the island. Located right next to Lookout Tavern and the OB Ferry Terminal, the apartment is perfectly situated. The apartment is also walking distance to the beach, shops on Circuit Avenue and restaurants. There are quite a few small things that would make the place better. 1. Add black out curtains for privacy and sun block 2. Install door nobs on the outside doors 3. Provide new chairs for the balcony. The 3 existing chairs are rusted. 4. Provide hangers for the closet. 5. Clean up outside and plant some flowers. 6. Do not allow the kids to hang out on the back porch.

Close to buses, restaurants and ferries. 10/10, we would stay again.

Great location. Several electrical outlets didn’t work in kitchen and bath. Electric panel in bedroom many circuits tripped. Reset and tripped again . Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Curtains stained in several windows/door.

Overall this is a 1 bedroom king; my first staying on a pullout couch much lower then my bed's height and the king bed's height is lower. I would say the black curtains in the unit probably needs to be the darkening tone which everyone was sunkissed at 445 am, making it hard to fall back to sleep and for more privacy to the restaurant next door. The owner Danny was very nice, and responsive and nearby. There is stairs to the unit. It was clean. A recommended stay!
