The location is unbeatable and the property was lovely. The host was very comminicative and flexible with us checking our late. One note is it can get a little noisy, but nothing outrageous.

It was very clean and organized. Easy walk to Wrigley field, and just down the road from Wrigleyville. The parking was great as well!

The highlight of this property is the location--quick easy walk to the train, plenty of food and entertainment options close. The fact that parking is included makes this booking totally worth it. The unit was clean, had all basic amenities and the host was super responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay again.

This is the place if you're going to Wrigley. Clean, parking was included. Marquee gate is a 2 minute walk away. I will absolutely stay here again.

Great location for our needs. Close to the elevated train system which we utilized. In addition, having an available parking spot in back was fantastic for the times we drove to our destination. Highly recommend!

Host is responsive and kind. The apartment is a classic Chicago space. The rooms are nicely far apart and the place stays warm throughout the cold weather. It’s convenient to the ballpark, music venues, bars, restaurants, the Clark bus, and Addison Red Line. Be sure to get a Wrigleyville Dog nextdoor when you visit. I would gladly stay here again!

Harry was a fabulous host. We got in late and he kept in communication with me until we were settled inside. We also ran into him the next day and he gave us a lot of restaurant tips!

Flat could use some updates in areas but overall a good place to stay. More than enough room and comfortable beds. Nice balcony. Really central location in Wrigleyville—of course that also meant I personally got woken up multiple times in the front bedroom around 3 AM (both nights) to people shouting in the streets, etc. Floor also squeaks a lot which makes it hard to get to the bathroom at night and not wake up other guests.Host was very responsive and attentive to our messages. For 300 a night, however, it could be more attentively stocked with essentials (soap dispenser broken, not enough body wash, toilet paper, paper towel)—we ended up being too busy to seek it out after asking the host.

Great place very close to Wrigley. Just a block or so away. We were there on an off weekend, but when the Cubs are there I’m sure the unit would be the perfect location. You definitely get street noise but it wasn’t too bad. If I come back for another event or game, I would definitely consider this unit. Beds are comfortable and living areas are spacious and usable.

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We had no issues and everything was great. The beds were comfortable and I loved the small deck outside. Many bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!

This apartment was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed staying here. The location is excellent, very close to Wrigley Field and the Red line El train, and the neighborhood is very walkable. Harry was a great host. He is very responsive and willing to work with me when I flew into town before normal check-in time. I highly recommend this property.

The location was amazing! Right on Clark Street a quick walk to Wrigley field and all of the nearby nightlife. Came for Saint Patrick's Day weekend and couldn't have picked a better location, ease of access to the city through the red and brown lines was great. The unit was spacious and clean. When I return to Chicago I will definitely stay here again if the unit is available.

We had everything we needed. Laundry is 1.50 per washer/dryer. Older building. Clean property. Harry was easy to get a hold of & very responsive. The patio is a nice touch.

We’ll make this our home away from home whenever we get back to Wrigleyville. Enjoyed a family/friends reunion for a week. Great location and great host. The roomy flat has everything one needs to be comfortable. We enjoyed great food from Wrigleyville Dogs (next door) including delicious Greek gyro sandwiches and also made home cooked meals in a fully equipped kitchen. Awesome experience - highly recommend.

Great location and room to spread out while in the city. Minimalist furnishings but everything you need. High end TV and awesome reclining couch. The highlight of the stay though was the responsiveness of the owner, both to help with parking and then later to fully replace the toilet that developed a leak. Super speedy repairs on a late night Saturday night that was also a post holiday weekend. A!!

This was exactly what our family of five needed to enjoy a long weekend in the city. Waking distance from groceries and plenty of restaurants, kids had plenty of room to spread out, and we were a quick drive from anything we wanted to do in the city. A great find!

Location, size, and communication perfect for visit with Chicago family and friends for Chronika! I was tired and had to contact owner twice to get in due to my dumbness, but Harry couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Gives you so much more space if you are staying with a group than local hotels. Included parking is a huge bonus. Host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. Would stay again for sure.

Everything about the property exceeded my expectations but it is right beside an event parking space and on 2 different occasions the parking guys were super rude and pushy

It's really close to Wrigley but we stayed there to see a show at the Metro. It's right across the street and worked out perfectly.

Location was perfect, mostly clean, just needed wash cloths, some papertowels & at least an extra roll of TP. Louder group up top but expected that being in an apartment. Overall we would stay again.

The location is great. Down the block from the ball park. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance. Quick uber rides to anywhere else you want to go. Across from the Metro. I found some new artist I would like to see from reading their names on the Metro billboard and looking them up. My husband loved the built in cabinets and the original woodwork.

Perfect location. Couldn't have asked for more. Well a full length mirror would have been nice but really that's just me. We were staying there for a family wedding and most people are staying there for the CUBS who were not in town. Anyway there is nothing to complain about. Just book it. It's right by the Red Line so you can get to where ever else you want to go. If I moved back to Chicago I'd try to buy the property.

You can't find a better location for Cubs Games or a Concert in Wrigleyville. Check in Process was a breeze and everything was as advertised. Highly recommend.

We were there to see a few games of the Cubs. The location was great for this. Just a short walk. Harry was a great host. He was there to meet us and show us his unit. The unit was clean and ready for us. My two brothers and myself staid there and it met our needs.

Walked to Ballgame, restaurants, bars and pharmacy. The parking staff were super friendly, good sense of humor and offered recommendations when asked. Host Harry, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Exactly what you need for a block away (if that) for Cubs games. Nothing fancy, but if you want a luxury experience you’d pay double. 3 min walk to stadium.

I booked this property for my husband and brother-in-law for a Cubs game. Sadly, it was not up to par. They had a 10 hr. drive to Chicago and arrived very late in the evening. They ere not happy with the condition of the property. - The beds in all of the rooms were not made and looked like someone just woke up and left. My husband ended up sleeping on top of the bedspread and my brother-in-law slept on the sofa. - Towels were hung over the shower curtain and looked used. Thankfully, they brought their own towels. -Several blinds had slats missing. - The listing showed an option to park in a garage, however, we never received any information on how to access it. Several attempts to call the host were made but no answer or call back. When my husband informed me of the issues he was having, I tried to message the host several times, but the VRBO link was not working. The only time my husband heard from the host was when he was told the host's father-in-law was waiting outside to reposition my husband's vehicle parked in the rear of the building. At first my husband thought he was parked in the wrong spot, however, it turns out the parking lot behind the building is used for paid parking during Cubs games. Vehicles are parked bumper to bumper, so there's no chance of getting out until well after the game is over. There is nothing in the listing that warns potential renters about this situation. This was my husband's first experience with VRBO and his last with this host.
