Stayed Feb 13, 2026The condo is very nice and the host was very responsive to my messages. It was a very comfortable stay with everything I needed including filtered water in the fridge, plenty of pillows and plenty of clean towels.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025Good on the location but that’s about it. Don’t normally leave low reviews but really needed to on this one in hopes they can fix these things. Toilet hardly ever flushed. You had to hold down lever but there were still many times it didn’t flush and would clog. Had to unclog multiple times. Overall low water pressure. Shower wasn’t good. Dead cockroach in the morning on the floor. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. The designated parking spot we were supposed to be in was never open. They told us to park somewhere else in general vicinity but the spot never opened up. They told us we wouldnt get towed and we didn’t but it was still frustrating because it was in the back of our mind. They had a Roku tv but not some of the basic apps like ESPN and YoutubeTV. The weird part was you couldn’t download them…they were blocked or something? If they would fix these things it would be a good place to stay. I hope they do.

Stayed Nov 13, 2025Host was easy to communicate with. Great location. A little musty smelling due to the age of the building and low water pressure (which is only rough if you’re a human with long hair like me). Overall great stay for the price.

Stayed Oct 31, 2025This is my second stay. I really do love the location. I initially wrote a review about the air conditioner. It was much better this past time because the weather was cooler so that was good. The toilet wis just still so slow to flush even while you hold a handle down. That never got fixed and it's a shame to sit there and have to hold that handle for that long and have it not clear all the way out most times. Not sure why that can't get fixed? The other issue was out parking spot was taken by some other car. Host was immediately responsive, but it did put a damper when we first got there trying to figure out and make sure our car wouldn't get towed. We had a worry about this for hours after arrival. Host initially asked us to find parking out in the street. For those who have been in that area know how difficult that is with toe signs or pay signs everywhere . Besides that, it negates why we would choose this VRBO since parking is a big deal. Other car was never towed. Thinking the manager of the building didn't think situation was important enough since he did allow us to park in someone else's spot. Would be good for host to check to make sure parking is clear for smooth arrival of their guests.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Great layout! extra pillows great. Comfortable mattress as well! And clean.Hard to get the shower at an even temperature as it would jump from hot to cooler. That's not such a huge deal for me. A bigger deal for me was how slow it took for the AC to get the apartment to a decent temperature. Apartment was so hot on arrival, I was just sweating . It took into the night before it was cool enough to feel comfortable. Toilet always will seem to be the problem because of the age of the apartment but the AC situation is only temporary because of the time of year. So more of just an awareness that of the situation. Docked one star for every time having to hold the toilet flusher down until the toilet completely flushed. It took forever, because the flush was so very slow and not a lot of suction. And this is even after plunging the toilet just to make sure it wasn't clogged. And holding that flusher down in the middle of night was a consistent bummer.
