Stayed Jul 30, 2025Nice apartment in a great location that is walking distance to everything. Biggest plus is that it comes with a parking spot in a secure garage. Only complaint was that there seemed to be something wrong with the AC. It gave off cool air, but it was very loud in one of the bedrooms and made it hard to sleep. Overall, great place to stay.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Lovely apartment close to downtown. Easy to find restaurants, walking trails, shops and groceries, footsteps away from the front door. Very happy to have parking in the garage. The apartment was clean and very well supplied. Kat responded quickly when we had questions. We used the outside patio for happy hour! Great experience. Would recommend.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025Perfect stay located close to downtown. Extremely clean and wonderful views. Only negative was close to fire station, constant dispatch making it hard to sleep. But a perfect and beautiful apartment.

Stayed May 22, 2025Loved this spot in Spokane. Really clean and updated unit with lots of natural light. Central to a lot of bars/restaurants/coffee shops. Nice to go out and walk around town each morning. Check in and out was simple. Garage parking was safe and secure. Would stay here again.
