This is a hidden gem! Great location! Very spacious (2 separate bedroom, a kitchenette and a living room!) we had the best weekend! The AC works great and the place was super clean! We will definitely be back! Special thanks to our Host Vivian! Great restaurants nearby! Very fun!!!

It was easy to communicate with our host. The upstairs suite was large and airy and beautifully decorated with Victorian- style antiques. We will certainly stay there again.

Overnight stay needed for holiday night. The home is conveniently located to downtown Orlando, as well as easy access to 408. Lovely home, comfortable rooms and great communication from host.

The home was decorated and welcoming. We especially loved the movie posters in the living area. Location to Eola park was great and walking distance. UCF is not far and easy access to 408 close. We loved the historic feel of the area and home. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great walkable neighborhood very close to downtown, restaurants and a grocery store. Affordable. Updated bathroom. Adequate accommodations for a couple, family or a few singles. Clean overall. However headboard and ceiling fans could use some dusting.

We had some confusion about which door to use to access the unit. Once we found it, everything went smoothly. Lots of little cafes on the way to the lake, like The Classic, and Ben's French Bakery.

Other than a misunderstanding with the parking situation, we had a great stay at this rental. It is walking distance to Lake Eola and many restaurants and cafes. Despite being in the heart of downtown, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Appartment with urgent need of a fresh up in a pretty old house. We felt neither safe nor that the bathroom was really clean. Found ourselves an alternative and left right away.

This house is in the perfect location, just a few blocks from Lake Eola and Thornton Park. Felt super safe and walkable. Unfortunately, while the concept of this property is great, it needs some updates to really be worthwhile. To start, all of the door handles and locks are… broken. My friend got stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes as the door handle came completely off. Later, I myself got locked in as well and we then just decided not to close any of the doors. Second, the queen bed had hair in it. Ew! Was it clean? Why was their hair in it when we got there? Third, they cut the lawn for 2 hours starting at 7am on Saturday morning. When you have paying guests, maybe you don’t need to cut the lawn right then? Fourth, this property comes with a parking spot and someone was in it twice… Luckily we just parked on the street but that was very annoying. Fifth, and possibly most importantly, the internet is terrible. You absolutely cannot work from this property and when you try to watch TV, it buffers about 50% of the time. Despite all these issues, we were barely there, and it was fine. If the owner fixes it up, this could be a very nice property, but as it is, I’d say buyer beware.

We chose this booking for both its location and its affordability. We didn’t expect to have bedspreads with food smeared on them, stained towels, a slimy kitchen drain, and an overall dirty bathroom. It was obvious that neither the kitchenette or the bathroom had been cleaned before we checked in. The vanity top was clean and the toilet was mostly clean. The shower had mold in the corners and the white grout had orange colored build up on it. This house is adorable, and decorated nicely, it just wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. It is located at a very busy and very loud intersection. If you are a light sleeper, I would look elsewhere. The front loading washing machine was also in need of a cleaning. Our clothes came out smelling musty after being taken out of the washer immediately. More linens would have been preferable, but the only real problem was the dirty spaces. We had some confusion at check in and the host did not respond to or acknowledge our sent message. There also was not enough silverware for the number of guests allowed in the unit. There were only 2 forks! I’m not sure who is responsible for the shortcomings, but I would not choose to book again.

This VRBO has an outstanding location just a few blocks from Lake Eola and innumerable downtown Orlando restaurants. The apartment was great, very comfortable and with off-street parking. Owner communication was prompt, very helpful, and very friendly. We'd gladly stay here again!
