Whether visiting for work, adventure, or a weekend getaway, Hearth on Broad offers a welcoming haven close to everything Boise has to offer.
Maximum Guests: 4 guests total (including children and infants).

Respect Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors.

No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or large gatherings are not allowed.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, or in building common areas. A $250 fine may apply for violations.

Pets

Pets Allowed by Prior Approval Only: Contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet. Approved pets must remain leashed in common areas and never be left unattended without a crate. A pet fee may apply.

Building & Access

Secure Entry: Use the QR code and keypad for self-check-in. A building fob is provided for your stay. Return the fob to the unit at checkout. Lost fobs incur a $100 replacement fee.

Parking: Use the assigned garage space only. Do not park in reserved or visitor spots. Towing is enforced by the complex.

Cleanliness

Respect the Space: Please treat the property and furnishings with care. Report any damage immediately.

Dishes: Please run the dishwasher before checkout.


Safety & Maintenance

Appliances & Fixtures: Use appliances only for their intended purposes.

No Tampering: Do not remove batteries from smoke or CO detectors or alter security devices.

Emergencies: In case of fire or life-threatening emergencies, dial 911 immediately.

Liability & Compliance

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Building Rules: Guests must follow all posted building rules.

Violation Consequences: Violating these rules may result in fines, additional cleaning fees, or cancellation of your stay without refund.
