Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming one bedroom cottage with lawn space, a shaded private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a gas range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offers plenty of seating with a sofas, love seat, a chair, and a dining room table with 5 chairs. The bedroom, refreshed in 2025 with new flooring and bedding, has two double beds and a TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, with a maximum of 2 adults. The cottage as Air Conditioning in the bedroom.

Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life.

The pool is closed for the rest of the season.
