Walk to Beaches & Gulf: Indian Rocks Beach Duplex!

Truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication was very quick with Kristina she was always available via text if we needed something. Property was very clean and perfect for a trip with my daughter. I would highly recommend!!

Very nice location. A smaller place but comfortable for 4. Nice outdoor space especially backyard patio. Shed has beach chairs and some other supplies but it should be cleaned out as there are some broken and unuseable items in there. Overall, very satisfied.

Wonderful location and nice unit. Has all you need and nice backyard. Recently remodeled and all is in wonderful condition. Loved to sit on the porch in the morning with a coffee. Just 3.5 min walk to the beach. We will be back!

Very quaint, quiet and suited our needs nicely for a weekend trip to Florida. The place was close to the beach, two blocks, different places to eat close by, and even had a Walgreens when we needed something from the store at midnight which was convenient. The place is older and I felt like I needed to be gentle with everything like the doors/cupboards, toilet, windows, etc, but not to the point where I was worried that I would actually break anything. We would recommend for a very small group or couples getaway!

This condo was perfect for our needs! My friend and I were looking for a last minute beach getaway and we were so glad to come across this listing. The condo was well stocked with absolutely everything we could need, from dishes to beach towels to a first aid kit. We didn’t rent a car or bring any beach gear, but thankfully didn’t need to as the shed was fully stocked with anything and everything a family or group of friends could need. The wagon, cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs were a godsend for our time there! The beach access was a very short walk and the condo was truly a home away from home. We were B pleasantly surprised to find that the beds and pillows comfortable and we marveled about how we weren’t dying to get back to our own beds like most vacations. We loved spending time outside on the back patio, it was so quaint and we enjoyed the privacy. Working with Evolve was a breeze and the customer service was top-notch. In addition to that, we were provided with direct communication access to the owner and she was amazing to work with. You could tell she genuinely cares about her guest’s experiences and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Would 1000% recommend this property.

Enjoyed my stay

Location was great, mostly clean, bath towels were NOT clean when we arrived, bathroom is extremely small, leaves MUCH to be desired, faucet leaks. Overall a good experience minus the bathroom. We visit IRB often, have family close by and always stay in a VRBO, this one was good, not great. Loads of conveniences, minor tweaks could make this a true gem. Thanks for the stay.

Would recommend getting a dishwasher and install a exhaust fan in bathroom. Everything else was great along with extremely clean. Back patio was just charming with palm trees etc. Front porch was extremely great with very nice foliage with large palm trees. Will rent again.
