I highly recommend the property. Close to shops and restaurants. The veranda area is real nice as all the furnishings inside the room. Very cozy. The only negative is the refrigerator was quite noisy with a gurgling sound.

Refreshing change from typical lodging when on the road. Very pleasant/comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area.

Loved this Room! Stayed solo 4 nights and it was perfect. Just a block from the main tourist section with food, drinks, stores, jeep tours, etc. Luxury towels, hair dryer, elegant sheets and plenty of k-cup coffee. Huge covered porch looking at the awesome red rocks. Little things like I locked my door key back into the realtor lock box when I left so I didn't have to keep it in my pocket. Not a purse type girl. Ha! Parking was convenient and safe.

This is perfect for a couple! It is a block from the main uptown area which is a big bonus since there is no parking and traffic is terrible. It felt quiet and private and has a nice little patio spot to chill.

This is a great place to stay. We were able to walk to all the Wonderful shops and dining. We will be staying here again next year. Highly recommended if you enjoy parking the car and exploring on foot.

Great property, completely as advertised. Conveniently located in Uptown Sedona with easy walking to local eateries, coffee shops, galleries, and other shopping. Great communication with owner. Absolutely amazing view off the back patio, so much so that one night we grabbed wine and charcuterie from the local Safeway and had a great dinner. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely studio with comfortable bed, and good space for 1-2 people. Lovely patio shared with others with comfy furniture. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Host Rebecca gave clear directions and responded quickly throughout the reservation process. Let us know when the room was ready. We would stay again!

Location to the downtown area was great!

We spent 4 days hiking and doing all things Sedona. This place was great because we could access much of the shopping and food options by walking from the rental. In addition, just up Jordan road we were able to access some of the trails just above town. Being able to walk around from the rental was a big plus since Sedona was super busy during Christmas week and we didn't have to worry about parking.

I had good communication with the host and all of the necessary amenities were provided. The location is perfect for being in Uptown Sedona!

The location of this rental was very central and convenient to the heart of Sedona with many restaurants and shops within waling distance. The unit was quiet and comfortable and generally well stocked.

A hidden gem! We loved the accommodations as it was well appointed. The outdoor terrace was very relaxing after long days of touring the area. Coffee and creamer was another added bonus. Everything was in walking distance and not hilly at all. Highly recommend!

The location of the unit was fantastic. The unit was very comfortable with great views of the surrounding rocks and easy walking access to many restaurants and shopping in Uptown Sedona.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property for 3 nights. It was so peaceful and quiet, but yet in the heart of downtown, near everything !! Everything was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bonus was the patio,where you could sit and enjoy the beautiful rock landscape. Very relaxing. We had a great stay over the 4th of July! The suite was clean, quaint, and artsy—perfect for a Sedona getaway. The location was super convenient, just a block from restaurants and shopping. The one-bedroom, one-bath setup was comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. We especially loved the huge outdoor patio with scenic views all around. The host was great and very responsive. We’d definitely recommend this spot!

Celebrated the week leading up to my 40th birthday in Sedona. The location of the VRBO was amazing!! Just one block off the main strip through uptown, right behind Elote(so you go all the good smells), and just a few hundred feet away from Sedona Beer Co. all while seeing the beautiful red rock mountains . The VRBO it’s self was Just right for my husband and I. I made coffee each morning in the room and enjoyed it on the patio. The fridge was more than enough to house a few groceries and all our left overs. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of room for our luggage and we never felt crowded or messy. The only thing we wish would have been in room was laundry. I knew when booking there wasn’t laundry and was okay with it, hind sight, it would be nice to have after changing out clothes twice a day due to hiking early morning and then changing into and afternoon outfits or washing swimsuits when returning from grasshopper point or slide rock. However, a laundromat wasn’t far away, and we made it work by having breakfast at Sedona crêpes while our clothes washed.All in all, it was a great stay!!

My partner and I had an excellent stay. The room is spacious and clean with all necessities. The patio is very nice with comfortable seating (perfect for coffee in the am and a cocktail at night). The location is absolutely perfect - walkable to trails, shops, and restaurants. The property manager was responsive and very easy to work with. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Our room was very clean, comfy and close to town and all the hikes we wanted to do. Rebecca was very accommodating and communicated with us every step of the way. When we decide to visit Sedona again in the future, we will not hesitate to book with Rebecca.

A quant hidden gem with panoramic Red Rock Views nestled within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. The patio was a wonderful addition to relax and restore after long days of hiking among the Red Rocks. Highly recommend!

The rooms upstairs are the perfect place to stay in Sedona. Nicely decorated and stocked, large space with great views, easy walk to uptown (just down the street) but quietly off the strip. Rebecca was fantastic to work with, and immediately let us know when the room was ready (early!). Overall great experience!

We were very impressed by the ease of locating and entering the property. Excellent location for walkability and access to free transit.

We rang in the New Year's at this perfectly located and appointed room. It was spacious enough for the two of us. Bed was comfy, we enjoyed watching the sun come up over the red rocks from our breakfast table sipping coffee from the Keurig machine. The second story patio is very inviting and has an amazing view of Thunder Mountain. The kitchenette had all we needed to make our own breakfast, with a little planning. The location is perfect....just a few blocks from the bustling shops and restaurants of uptown, yet it was also nice and quiet so you did not feel like you were in the middle of the hordes of tourists.Walk to CupTown coffee for the best muffins and specialty coffees. People there are very nice and they have great local art on the walls. The Sedona info center is only 2 blocks away and the people there are very helpful. There's also a great hike / mountain bike trail (Jim Thompson Trail) at the top of Jordan Road, about a 1/2 mile walk to the trailhead.Our host, Rebecca, was extremely responsive. We had a broken coffee machine and within hours she bought a new one and had it ready to go.Our return visit to Sedona will be to this place again as it was just what we needed.

We were delighted with our stay at the Room Upstairs. The view of the stunning red rock formations out the window and on the patio was great. The room has a rustic charm but is fully modern. The owner or manager was readily available to respond to texts. If/when (there’s so many places that we want to visit but we would love to) we return we will look to stay here again.

I have stayed at the Rooms Upstairs a few times now and always find the Sanctuary Room 4 perfectly prepared when I arrive. It is a great location as it is a few minutes walk to the uptown shops and restaurants. It also a short distance to art district. Great hiking just up the road too. It has great views from bay windows and the patio is a great place to take a book or/and a beverage to enjoy the views. I definitely recommend staying here!

Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon and had the most wonderful time. We loved being close to the shops and dining. Sedona is a wonderful place and this sweet was the perfect spot. We specifically enjoyed how clean the place was.
