Great little place to stay and it was SUPER clean. The host check in instructions were easy. Easiest check in ever. The living room furniture could use a little updating but everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for being an awesome host!

Perfect location close to campus. Space was clean, water bottles were provided along with soap and shampoo/conditioner in the shower.

I like the location and the neighborhood. The info says breakfast is included. It is not.

The internet connection was horrible, actually no signal, not even for the cell phone Extremely small for 4 people

This was a clean quaint and comfortable place to stay. We would recommend to anyone in the College Station area.

Amber was easy to contact and communicate with. She allowed us to check in early as well. There was a little mixup with the cleaning due to our earlier arrival, but she took care of it quickly and made it up to us. The location was also close to Kyle field and made it super convenient. Will absolutely stay again

This is a clean, well maintained and thoughtfully stocked place. I especially loved the bed linens....cotton sheets and quilted cotton bedspread. Nice bath linens, also!

Excellent a place for us to spend this weekend in College Station for a friends birthday celebration. Their homes was a couple of blocks away. Great place to stay for anything going on at A&M. The space was so nice and inviting. Bedroom was so cozy met all our requirements. Amber thanks for being such a gracious and attentive hostess.

Great location close to Kyle Field. Much easier to stay there and walk to the games. Basic room and amenities, but has all you need. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent for walking to campus for game day activities!! The cottage itself is a bit outdated and needs new flooring and furniture (especially in living room). However, the bed was comfortable and had nice quality linens. Nice towels as well. Overall, it’s a good place to stay. But for game weekend rates (super pricey), I was hoping for something a little more updated.

A perfect place to stay for 1 or 2 people. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything. I will definitely stay here again when i'm in College Station.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Kyle Field/Aggie Park. We loved the cute cottage. Everything we needed is included in the stay. We will rent this place again.

Great location for going to an A&M game! Short 10 minute walk to campus. Clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Having a carport was great during the rain.

Large studio just a few blocks to campus in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes. The only downside was the train horn waking us up several times throughout the night.

Check-in was easy, and the suite is perfect for 2! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, will definitely visit again.

This was very convenient for my son and I to stay while he attended Texas and baseball camp. It was very close to the ballpark, and had everything we needed. I will definitely book again.

Cozy and close to everything!

Great location near Legends Event Center for me, my daughter and her teammate. Great response time in a great neighborhood. Is it attached to a home so be aware of that. Only thing missing was a washer/dryer but a washateria was nearby. I would recommend and would stay again.

We have stayed here several times. We especially like that we can park near our entry door with covered parking.

Awesome stay!

For a quick trip or longer to the University, great place to stay.

Minutes away from everything but still in a quiet area. I stayed for a residency week at A&M and could not be happier. Close to the college, and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well kept. It is attached to the main house but I never actually saw the owners. No invasion of privacy at all.Owner was responsive via message and there were no issues. I hope it is available for my final residency next year.

We had a great stay. The host has excellent communication. The place was very clean. Will stay there again.

First time not staying in a hotel. Host was amazing. Location is great if you have someone at A&M. Just an overall great experience.

Location is good, a long walk, but within walking distance to campus & easy drive to anywhere else you want to go. It is very small (as expected) and has very poor lighting. If a woman is staying here, bring a lighted makeup mirror! It is not the cleanest place either…the outside of my velvet makeup bag was covered in dust just from setting it on the desk in the bedroom. And some of the white towels in the bathroom were either dirty or stained/discolored. For the extremely high rental rate, it should be very clean. I would not stay here again.

It was good. The refrigerator was pretty noisy but other than that it was nice.

My favorite place to stay in CS!

The house is perfect for a couple traveling in for a game or work trip. There was ample space for both of us to work remotely on a non travel day. House if fully equipped and has everything you forget. Pertinent information, (address & wifi) is listed in several locations for easy accessibility. Decor is well thought out and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and got back to me quickly about a request to check in early, checked in on us and made sure we had everything. We will absolutely rebook this space on our next visit.

Perfect location for attending a conference at Texas A&M Conference center. Nice place and friendly owners.
