The location and the owner were excellent. His recommendations in the neighbourhood including restaurants/bakery proved to great. It is close to public transport and attractions. It was quiet and we felt very safe in the area. There is a park opposite which is great for running, kids play and dog watching. The small elevator is wonderful for moving luggage up and down. Our host could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. He gave us a great start to our trip.

Renaud’s cozy apartment in the 7th is close to everything you need to make Paris a memorable experience. Whether you need a Boulangerie, cafe, restaurant with outdoor seating, or late night grocery shopping, I t’s all in walking distance including a couple of metro stations. The apartment is in ideal walking distance to the small tower, all major museums, the Seine, and other attractions. Our party of four (parents and 2 university students) found the apartment from the eighteen hundreds to be sufficiently equipped with the basics but we didn’t cook in the small kitchen. Renaud is the perfect host - very responsive and clearly proud of his town and the lovely apartment. We would gladly rent from him again on our next visit.

Myself, my wife and two children (six and nine) stayed for four nights at the apartment. Firstly Renaud is excellent. He is attentive, punctual, happily talked about local services and shops and made recommendations. He wants you to enjoy your stay. We had no problems at all with the apartment but I sense he would have responded immediately. Additionally he kindly offered that we could leave our bags at the apartment after check-out whilst we waited for our train home. Secondly the apartment is charming. Typically Parisian, in a super apartment block. Everything works, the beds are comfortable, the décor good and it is pleasingly quiet. Thirdly the location is splendid. On the doorstep of the Invalides, a metro station round the corner. There are a multitude of local bakers, grocers, supermarkets, restaurants and bistros catering for all tastes. You are in the heart of Paris and it also pleasingly feels like a place people live day to day rather than just being tourists or transitory. The area around Rue Cler is particularly lovely. Thanks Renaud, we'll be back.

Nestor was an amazing host! The apartment was super clean and tidy when we arrived, rooms were very spacious, communication occurred seamlessly and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect, very central in the 7th arrondissement, we were able to walk everywhere. Cute restaurants, bakeries and metro stations were also very close. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Definitely looking forward to staying in this apartment again in the future! (Dear Nestor, Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment over the weekend. Everything was so perfect, there is nothing more to say! I am looking forward to staying with you again in the future and will definitely recommend you to my family and friends! Kind regards, Sophie)

Renault was an excellent and attentive host, very easy going, and made us feel welcome in his home. The apartment was spacious, comfortable for our family of four and had lots of charm. We spent a week over the Christmas holiday in the apartment and cooked nice meals for 6, which were very enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans, an espresso maker (no coffee pot) and all the appliances worked well. The location is superb and wonderful shops, transit, bistros, patisseries, pharmacy, historical monuments within close walking distance. The farmers market on Thursday and Saturday is fantastic and should not be missed!

Our family recently stayed in this gorgeous apartment for 5 days while in Paris. We were so pleased with the size of the apartment (large and comfortable), and the convenient location ... we walked virtually everywhere (Eiffel Tower, Musee d'Orsay, Louvre, Notre Dame)! The owner was so friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We used the little patio to enjoy our coffee in the morning and our glass of wine in the evening, and our two boys (13 and 10) spent some time across the street in the park playing soccer. We only cooked dinner one night but found the kitchen to be well-appointed. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Paris I would definitely stay here again!

My mother had always wanted to visit Paris and we did so last April. We booked this lovely apartment and we were completely satisfied with our choice. The owner was very personable and was a most excellent host. I look forward to hopefully staying in the location again someday. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and many things were within walking distance.

My husband and I and our teenage daughter enjoyed this apartment tremendously. The apartment feels like the inside of a jewelry box with its high ceilings and beautiful touches. The location is ideal, in a stunning, non-touristy, genuine Parisian neighborhood very close to landmarks, excellent restaurants and shopping. It is also across the street from a highly used park. The people-watching scenes of all the park users was mostly just lovely (families picnicking, all ages playing games or just relaxing) - although we did have two nights of very loud partiers at the park - it was amazing to me that police were not called due to the noise -- but with the windows closed and our use of white noise apps on our phones, we were able to sleep just fine both of those nights. The owner is gracious, professional, courteous, and an excellent and diligent communicator. Every morning we also ate at Le Boulanger des Invalides Jocteur 14 Avenue de Villars 75007. We were grateful for this find.
