Guests have access to select building amenities, including the fitness center, spa facilities, and pool when available.

The residence includes four adult amenity cards. Up to two additional children may access eligible amenities without an amenity card.

Paid valet parking is available through the building.



Important Building Information



The building is currently undergoing a preventative exterior maintenance project. Black safety mesh has been installed over portions of the building and may partially obstruct views from the residence.

For safety, balcony doors must remain closed while exterior work is underway. The project is currently scheduled for completion in December.

During this period, the building pool is available Saturday and Sunday only, from sunrise to sunset.

These temporary building conditions are outside the residence itself, and we provide this information in advance so guests can plan their stay accordingly.

Brickell is one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods. For longer trips, Uber or Lyft is the easiest option, and paid valet parking is available through the building.
