The views from the property was amazing. So beautiful. Perfect location, lovely and quiet. The sunsets were the best I have ever seen.

What a fabulous view, we loved sitting on the balconies and watching all the activity out at sea, then going for a walk on the beach and exploring the rock pools. Granville is beautiful with lots of shops and places to eat and only a 5 minute walk, would love to stay again.

This was our second time staying with Clarisse. We had a perfect stay again.

Wonderfull Apartment with most gorgeous view. Apartment is very clean, cosy and has everything one could wish for!

We enjoyed our second stay at this upscale apartment for just one other time. Do not expect tight Norman cosiness, but a generously equipped and spacious captain's suite with an aura of fine French furniture. Excellent location for walking Granville city visits or wonderful face-to-face contact and views from the Grand Saloon of Baie St. Michel and Granville. There is a lot of space in the apartment, endless possibilities to choose between different styles of dishes or cutlery. However, the owner should quickly fix two defects that do not match the rental price and the upscale furnishings: 1) ugly rainwater stains and cracked wallpaper on the viewing windows in the salon and 2) a fixable suspension for the shower cubicle.

We had a truly wonderful and restorative stay. Clarisse was very helpful and communicated quickly. The apartment comfortable and elegant. The views are even better than the pictures show. We would love to come back.

Ample utensils, spacious - deserves fixing a couple of bulbs ?

Our safe was perfect ! We initially had difficulty contacting the manager but was able to make contact and had a wonderful stay. This apartment is perfect for an individual or a couple who just want a getaway stay. We really felt like we got to know the small city of Granville. We walked each night for a wonderful meal and were able to enjoy our coffee and breakfast watching the boats in the harbor. Granville would be wonderful in all seasons. Bed was extremely comfortable and we were able to see the water from our bedroom. We highly recommend this apartment. We wished we had planned to spend 4 nights instead of just two. We will stay there again when we travel to Normandy. We easily traveled to Mont San Michel from Granville. Very interesting and lovely drive along the coast.

The first time we came MrsD was on crutches a week before a hip replacement. We came back to do all the things we couldn’t do before, like wander into town for a beer or evening meal. The flat was every bit as good as I remember, the location ( with added mobility) even better. There are some cracking restaurants in the old town and good walking round the headland. The weather could have been kinder, we had limited opportunity to use the many balconies. On the other hand we stayed pretty dry. All the hand- overs went smoothly , the parking is easy to access and location for various excursions hard to beat. We don’t generally return to the same place twice, but I can honestly say there is still a load of stuff we haven’t done. So for a short break or extended stay it is very hard to beat.

This particular apartment has by far the best view of the seaport and the rocky coast of any of the many others in the luxury building. What the ad failed to mention is the fact that the property owner was most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The view in the picture does not really show the full wrap-around panorama around three sides.
