Vistas de Las Olas East: Private suite for couples to enjoy the ocean view!

Excellent view, and nice looking unit, with lots of space. Clean. Couple of issues, maybe not a big deal for some, but the shower head sprays water in almost a 180 degree pattern, spraying significantly more on all the walls as opposed to yourself. I notified the management company and they replaced it, but they replaced it with an IDENTICAL one, that did the same thing. Other issue is common in central and south America I've seen, but you can't get to the shower handles to turn them on or off without stepping INTO the full spray of the water. Lastly, toilet flushes with very little power, it's just the cheap design, so you have a hard time even flushing number one business. Last of our 3 nights there, the power went off. Not 100%, but like 90%, so that all that would light up was the microwave clock and one small LED light. Nothing else would turn on due to some issue with the power grid. Take that as you will. The kitchen is well stocked BTW, and again - it's a great view. Especially for the price we paid in February. Not sure how it is in summer or tourist season.

Overall great stay

When we arrived in Rocky Point instruction said pick up key at office. Well, the directions they gave me belonged to a different address. We had to get another hotel for that night. Nevertheless, they have horrible communication. On top of that there was ants everywhere in the room, toilet kept getting clogged.

However, there was no hot water until we reached out and Oceano came to fix that, even then there was warm water for about 5 minutes. There was no stove. The TV did not have cable only DVD or VHS. Oceano did come out with a TV and fire stick which was difficult to navigate. No extra blankets and no heat. I guess they had a grill, but we had to contact Oceano again, so we said forget the grill. Everything was very dated and not in good condition. No hair dryer. Owner did respond fairly quickly. No tennis courts as the description said.We do love Bryan's Sports Bar.
