Vista Cay Resort Luxurious Apartment

The internet was NOT working @ 90% of the time & if it was, it was very slow.

Got there and couldn’t get in, messaged host and he was responsive immediately. Place was nice and clean. Pleasant and peaceful neighborhood.

Nice place, but WiFi did not connect well.

Large beautiful condo. Was perfect for our family.

We celebrated family birthday’s.

The condo was very big and had plenty of space for everyone. We were very happy with this property!

Everything was fine but the AC. It was a little warm and the only fan was in the balcony. I think if a fan is installed on every room and living room then the stay would have been perfect.

Check in process, key codes were not provided ahead of time. Pool was closed for maintenance. Bathrooms, bedrooms were not

The property was very close to the Orange County Convention Center where we needed to be all day Saturday. Check-in instructions were precise and easy to follow. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom was perfect for one adult with their young child, the 2nd bedroom with the king bed was perfect for the other adult, and the third bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for the teenager. Each bedroom had its own tv, as did the living room. The apartment was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen (in terms of silverware, cutting knives, plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, etc.). The Nespresso machine worked but is quite loud. I would recommend to the host that all of the mattress covers be replaced. The balcony was a lovely place to have morning coffee. The community is gated, very quiet, dog-friendly, and I felt safe walking at night. We would definitely rent this place again!

We were in town for a very short stay. This condo was ideal. Clean and safe with great parking. Plenty of space for the three adults that stayed. Everything worked well. Only issue was there was not an iron and there were no wash cloths. Otherwise it was an outstanding condo in a great location so close to everything.

The location of this unit and the interior space is excellent. The unit does require some maintenance items to be addressed, which I why I didn’t give it 5 stars. For example, the mattress in the master bedroom is worn and needs to be replaced and, as noted by some other reviewers, there is some mildew staining in the master bath. However, if you’re not sensitive to these issues, the unit is terrific.

We booked this to evacuate our home for Milton. The place was spacious and comfortable for our family. My recommendation to the property owner to update the check in instructions. It does not list the gate code to access the property and does not include the unit number, so we had to wait for a response before we could get into the unit. Property owner was very accommodating and helpful when we had concerns we couldn’t be able to get back to our home.

The place was wonderful except for the beds. No top sheets and hard as a rock. My body ached after sleeping on 1night. We went home early so that we didn’t have to sleep on those beds another night.

The cleanliness of the property was not to my expectations. The showers had mildew rings and blue soap runners on the wall

We were there for the Boys volleyball tournament and the location of the condo was perfect. The condo was clean and it smelled good. There was so much room! It ended up being just three of us, but I think you could easily fit two families of four or less in the bedrooms and extra space. It may need a little more furniture for that though. The place was comfortable. It's been lived in. It has normal wear and tear, but that didn't bother us a bit. Beds could use an upgrade and the patio could use a cleaning. Would like to have seen a Keurig and an air fryer, but those are just personal opinions. Didnt have much communication with the owner, but didnt really feel like we needed it. We were provided all the information we needed prior to check in. I would absolutely stay here again. It was a great space.

I rented this unit for 4 nights because we were in town for the AAU volleyball tournament at the Convention Center which is a stone's throw from Vista Cay. While we always enjoy our stay in this complex, the unit we rented was disappointing to say the least. The owners had sent all the rental information but the one thing they didn't list was the unit number we rented so getting into the unit started off with a challenge. So many concerns but here is the list I sent to the property manager halfway through our visit: 1. Both showers in both bathrooms need to be cleaned with bleach or mildew remover. Both are uncomfortably dirty. 2. The toilet seat in the master bathroom is very loose and needs to be fixed 3. The washing machine is stuck on rise and spin and there is no way to change the settings to normal wash 4. The temperature controls need to be adjusted so the unit does not default to 67 degrees. I have gotten up multiple times to raise the temperature to 74 and it continues to reset to 67. 5. The keypad for the lock on the door does not work properly and we have been using the keys the whole time 6. The door handle to the front door needs to be tightened from the inside. It is very loose and concerning 7. Can not seem to get the tvs to work or to reset/logout of any smart channels like netflix,disney, etc. The response from the owner or property manager was they were going to come by the next day to address our concerns. They never showed up. I would say hard pass.

The condo was everything we had hoped for and more. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
