Stayed Aug 26, 2024Great property and as advertised. Location was perfect for both Universal and Disney, we have previously stayed in Kissimee and found this location much better. We had to contact the host a couple of times but this was dealt with extremely quickly by Max and never caused us any issues. The property is well kitted out though the vacuum needs to be more powerful to deal with the very plush carpet (which is lovely after a long day at the parks) and there was no spare change of bed linen, which during a 2 week stay is essential in my opinionand something we’ve always had at other properties during previuis holidays

Stayed Dec 23, 2022The unit was great and everything was as advertised. My only issue was when leaving the property at checkout the access code was Changed before 10am. Therefore if you leave something behind once the door is closed you are unable to access the items.

Stayed Jan 24, 2022Condo was as advertised and surprisingly spacious for our 3 adult group. Had not been cleaned upon arrival but a team was dispatched immediately and did a more than thorough job at great speed speaking to the management’s responsiveness and the crew’s attention to detail. We had all we needed and a location convenient to restaurants, attractions and the OC Convention Center. Publix grocery store is a block away. The resort property and amenities were attractive and well maintained. We used the fitness room (excellent new equipment), pool (heated, very large, family-friendly) and 2-mile ped trail loop (a welcome facility in less-than-walkable Orlando). Recommended.

Stayed Jan 10, 2022I would like to start by saying that the hosts are very polite and helpful. It ended up being a last-minute booking and they were accommodating and understanding. The apartment is gorgeous, the 3 bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean (the ensuite is HUGE), the kitchen is very well equiped, the couches in the living room are cosy and the dining area has a big table that can fit up to 8 people comfortably. The location is definitive a plus. Orlando has a lot of vacation homes that are isolated which you need to sit in the car for 40min to go anywhere. Not the case here! Not only are a lot of things you can do within walking distance, but you can also go to most restaurants and shops within a 10min drive (the airport itself is 13min away). If I get back to Orlando I will most definitely check this property availability. Thank you, Max & Ray!
