Vista Cay: 3BD and electric fireplace

Beds were very comfortable and quiet. Easy walking access to groceries. Beautiful area that is close to attractions.

The property was clean quite and I will recommend the property to anybody I told my Family and friends it was difficult getting in the rooms because we never send any door like that but we figure everything out but it was so nice my grand kids had fun and we did to thanks for the stay and we will come back again.

Pros:Quiet neighborhoodConvenient location: close to MCO airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and moreClear check-in instructionsCons:The wall outlet near the dining table was loose and mostly didn’t work.Water was dripping from the ceiling in the master bedroom, and mold was visible in the corner.There was an ironing board but no iron.Only a very small amount of laundry detergent was provided, which was used up on the first day. I requested more, but it was never supplied.For 24 hours, there was ongoing repair work on the stairway directly in front of the house. This forced us to use the far stairway, which was especially difficult for my elderly parents (80 and 90 years old).On our second day, we returned to find the house extremely hot—80F inside. The A/C wasn’t working, and despite following the host’s instructions, it could not be fixed until the thermostat was replaced the following day. We had to endure 84F overnight.The door lock was a major issue. One morning, on our way to Disney World, it kept unlocking itself no matter how many times I tried, taking more than 20 minutes to finally secure. On check-out day, the lock stopped responding completely—we simply couldn’t lock it. After wasting another 20 minutes, the host told me to just leave it unlocked. Because of this delay, we missed our flight and had to rebook.Overall:This house turned our trip into a nightmare and ruined what should have been a special family vacation.

Overall everything was greatOnly minor issue is that floor tile is little overaged and gets dirty quickly. Host could have for guests either fabric flip flops or have housekeeping clean the place at least every 3 days

Lovely staycation that was clean and easy to access.

We love the location. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Pool area is excellent. We had a good time.

We were happy with our stay. Everything is clean, and comfortable. We will probably be back the next time we are in town for a tournament. Great location and easy to get places.

This unit was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The neighborhood was clean and safe. We had everything we needed and it was close to where we needed to be for a wedding.
