Vissi D'Arte, a Luxury Ground Floor Apartment with Private Garden inside the Walls of Lucca

This is a beautiful place to stay. The concert every night in the courtyard was a huge plus. The place was clean, well appointed and in a perfect location. Beds were comfortable. A few minor details for improvement. We were staying a month and only received one bath towel each. I asked for additional towels and did recieve them. Although it was stated they would usually charge for any additional towels. The kitchen was very small and tight to actually cook in. Only one person could be in it. The table and chairs in the garden needs replaced. As I said, these issues were minor and we would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was great, very spacious and well equipped. The location in Piazza San Giovanni is wonderful, very quiet in spite of being at the heart of Lucca’s historical centre. The check in with Manuel was great, and he contacted us during our stay to ask if everything was ok - which it was ! Nothing at all. Just one observation, as a ground floor apartment it’s a little bit dark, but that was positive as it helped to keep the apartment cool in the hot weather!

The property was excellent, Manuel, Gabriele & Pina all responded to our requests.Our main concern was hot water & heating. We had to call several times to get boiler restarted. This was quite annoying when there were three people wanting a shower.A team was sent over to fix problem, lost 1/2 day of use of apartment. Once it was fixed , all was good.

The apartment was amazing, so spacious and comfortable which was indeed our home for a month. The support staff were kind and very responsive even when I locked myself out of the apartment:). The management team is highly professional and made sure that our stay was up to our expectations. The location was perfect, very quiet and the garden was a nice place to just relax. We are looking forward to our next stay. The table and chairs in the garden could use and upgrade.

The team also went above and beyond with their warmth and recommendations. They provided fantastic advice on local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more enriching. Each suggestion felt curated to enhance our experience, and they never steered us wrong. Vissi d'Arte and the team truly exemplify hospitality at its finest. We left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for the care and thoughtfulness of the entire team. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay. We'd highly appreciate the little coffee machine, but with the abundance of the great Italian coffee shops, it's not an issue at all.

Love this apartment! The location is perfect and everything you need is there! The outdoor space is priceless.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and totally unique. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. It was so peaceful to sit in the back courtyard and listen to the nightly opera performance from the church next door, despite the apartment being located right in the center of everything and a quick walk to top attractions. The team at Lucca Apartments And Villas was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. I would stay here again if I'm lucky enough to come back to Lucca.
