One bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower, while the second bathroom is spacious and includes a shower, WC, washing machine, and sink.

All rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, televisions, and wardrobes for your ultimate comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. In the living room, you'll find a TV and plenty of space to relax.

For the outdoor areas, enjoy the jacuzzi and the outdoor table with chairs, perfect for moments of relaxation.The use of the jacuzzi is free, with an optional heating service available upon prior arrangement with the owner, at an additional charge of 10 euros per session.
