Torre dell`Orso. The sea is just 7 km away. The location is ideal for
exploring the entire award-winning, well-serviced Melendugno coastline
with beautiful seaside resorts such as San Foca and Sant`Andrea


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning only in the living room.
- Ceiling fan in the triple bedroom.
- Mosquito nets only in bedrooms.
- The outdoor stairs lead to the first floor where is located the apartment.
