Stayed Jul 29, 2017The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Good sized bedrooms and bathroom, but the best aspect was the wonderfully spacious terrace overlooking the beach and sea. It's a few minutes walk to the beach, and no more than 2 minutes walk to the supermarket and nearest bar, so very conveniently located. The walk into Golfo Aranci is 10-15 minutes where you can find more bars and restaurants. We had a few minor niggles with the apartment, mainly the air conditioning in the main bedroom didn't seem to be working properly, but all of our issues were quickly and efficiently resolved by Chiara and Elisabetta from the agency. They were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and requests. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, and we would definitely consider returning.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I stayed in Villaggio Perlacea for 1 week in June and just loved it. This apartment has an amazing terrace with sea view and everything is reachable on foot in minutes: the beutiful Quinta Spiaggia beach, bar supermarket, lot of beaches and the centre of Golfo Aranci. The house is very clean and is new, all furniture is new and well kept and everythng is well organized (washing machine, dishwasher, small barbecue, tv, iron board and iron). The agency staff is very helpful and nice, ready to answer all our questions. Definetely recommended!
