The apartment made available is a 40sqm loft with a double bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed for 2 people on the lower floor, located in the living area with adjoining kitchen and private bathroom. Guests can enjoy every comfort as the apartment is equipped with: kitchen with kitchenette and electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dishes, pots, coffee maker, coffee and sugar for breakfast, detergents, shower and bidet , washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioner for cold and hot air,bed linen, towels, table linen, hair dryer, living area with table and chairs, outdoor terrace equipped with tables and chairs, alarm system.

Access to the accommodation is through the main entrance located in front of the Casina Municipale in Viale Toledo. Parking is inside the building. Guests can use all the spaces outside their apartment.
