Villa Navalia - Marina - Lake Como - Menaggio - Villa Directly On The Lake.

The propery is immaculate with stunning views of lake como! The pictures dont do it justice. Laura was an exceptional host who met every need. The only drawback was the walk into town which got very old quickly. Renting a car is highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again thankyou laura!

Stunning views of the lake from almost anywhere. Every room has a bathroom, which is super convenient for a large party (we were 10). Laura was fantastic with communication and helping us organize taxis, etc. Easy walk into town. Hot tub was lovely and used every day. Nice having an espresso maker and coffee machine on site. Very comfortable for relaxing as well. Recommended chef made a stellar dinner for us one night, and the arranged boat tour of the lake was great. If there is one area of improvement, I would say the beds could be softer. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Villa Navalia. The villa is in a beautiful spot on Lake Como with wonderful views and a spacious patio that enabled us to fully enjoy the setting. The house itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable and easily accommodates 12.

I booked this place for my in laws vacation and they were amazed by every bit of it except for the mattresses. If there is one thing that could be improved is SERIOUSLY the mattresses. We spend 1/3 of our lives on beds, don’t skimp out on mattresses, it’s just not good for health. Please get better mattresses for the beds. I will book here again for sure but ONLY if I know they replaced mattresses that don’t feel like box springs.

This home is well appointed, in a good location, directly on the water and has a fantastic host. We highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous, ultra modern home with magnificent views. Well equipped with everything one could need. Despite its price it is VALUE!

Villa Navalia is a beautiful place to stay on Lake Como. The location is perfect! 5 to 10 min walk to town which makes it convenient but also nice and quiet. The villa is exceptional! Our group is looking forward to returning to lake Como and staying here longer. Laura is very kind and took very good care of us with everything we needed. If you like being well taken care of and staying somewhere special this is the place! Thank you Laura!!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Navalia. It is a beautiful, modern property. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and the patio offered a lovely view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped. In fact, it was large enough for a private cooking class for 6 of us. Villa Navalia is located a bit out of Menaggio. There are sidewalks and paths to walk on, but it is roughly a mile to most of the restaurants in Menaggio, and a bit farther to the ferry. We had some communications issues related to our payment at the time of booking, which is why the rating is 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, though, it was a perfect spot for our week on Lake Como.

Everything was perfect! We cooked there most evenings and all the pot and pans and utensils as well as many white and red wine glasses! Seating everywhere, each room with its own bathroom, great for a party of 17. No issue if you are loud as nothing near either side of villa. Great view of the lake, Laura and her father were very helpful with setting up a boat tour of the lake and golf at the local club. There was a booklet with suggested day trips, restaurants and all the local stores. We could not have adked for a better facility or hosts!
