Villa Madeira #605 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit WIFI

Everything was great with the exception of the construction in the parking lot. Had to move our vehicle one day with already limited parking and another day we came back to the property and the construction lift was blocking the only entrance. Other than that our stay was relaxing and we always stay in the Madeira Beach area. Been coming down for over 20 years.

All communication was replied to quickly and friendly. The condo was clean with a great location and amazing ocean views. Will definitely stay here again!

The apartment itself is beautiful—charming, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The balcony with ocean views was truly stunning and one of the highlights of our stay.Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the lack of transparency from the property management company, Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals. At no point before arrival were we informed that the building was undergoing major repairs, that the pool would be closed, or that parking would be severely limited due to construction. These issues significantly disrupted our stay, with constant noise, dust, and workers moving through the property.The management company was quick to send emails about refund policies, traveler’s insurance, and check-in/check-out rules, yet failed to communicate something as critical as the loss of access to amenities and disruptions due to construction.After contacting Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals, we received only brief text responses apologizing for the parking situation. They downplayed the seriousness of the construction and refused to offer any refund or resolution, even though they admitted that they had failed to inform us and could not prove the pool closure was listed at the time of booking. I will not be booking with Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals again, and I would caution others to be wary of listings managed by them.

We travel with the whole family to Madeira Beach every spring. Stayed at different condos every time. This is the nicest place yet. The view was beautiful. The condo was clean and well stocked. Entertainment was within walking distance. We hope to make this our go to for years to come.

Villa was nice. The extras that the owner provided were perfect. Cooler, chairs sand pales, boogie boards too. Also not broken. Several other visitors complained that chairs and boogie boards broken. This owner is on top of the customer service and extras. Location is good. Easy to get to. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

We were very pleased with the property. The only negative I had is there are no community grills. The condo itself was great. Could use bunk beds in the small bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Thanks

We are a family of 6 (my hubby and I, 12yo son, 19yo daughter and her boyfriend, and 80yo mom). There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling like we were crowded. Condo has everything you think you might need and then some. ALL the beach gear (coolers, chairs, umbrellas, boogie and skim boards, sand toys, and some sports balls). Only thing not there was a wagon to haul it all-which we bought at Walmart for $80 and we taped it back up in the box to fly it home with us. Area was very relaxed (Clearwater looked to be a hot mess)…and there were several places within walking distance (John’s Pass was less than 1 mile away). Plenty of pillows and towels and blankets. Bed were soft but that is very much a personal preference. Only downside I have is elevator is slow, but we have experienced that at other condos and isn’t this specific owners fault. Beach was great-never crowded and all parties pretty much had unobstructed view the whole week. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 was comfortable here and would stay again.
