Stayed Aug 4, 2020Spacious and comfortable apartment, swimming pool very well kept. Hosts are caring and helpful. It’s a great place to stay! Being further from the Sea than many of those waterfront apartments makes it a better place to rest and not have neighbors in every move you make. Great for bike rides too.

Stayed Aug 7, 2018We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in the top floor apartment. It is spacious and was very clean. It seemed larger than the impression we had from the photos, particularly the outside balcony which is lovely and private and has stunning sunset views in the evenings. The apartment is well equipped and has comfortable beds. The washing machine was useful and plenty of drying space is provided in the garden to make everything easy. You can park your car in the shade which is an advantage. The Villa is situated in a fairly rural location and It is peaceful, but with other houses and accommodation nearby so not too isolated. The owner's Father (speaks German and Croatian) lives on-site on a separate house. He is very warm, welcoming and friendly as were his family (spoke English) that were staying with him at the time. Unfortunately both our fridge and the air-conditioning were't working when we arrived (that's why I've rated 4 stars not 5). However the owner's family worked very quickly to rectify these problems. We had a new fridge the next day and a new air conditioning unit by day 4 of our holiday. the large town of Biograd na Moru is about 10 mins drive from the Villa. Where there is a shingle beach, supermarkets and a lovely marina with a good choice of restaurants. Split is about 1.5 hrs drive. We would definitely recommend this property for a great holiday!
