Stayed Dec 25, 2025Location was great! Very friendly hosts! Stayed here while visiting family in Sarasota. Very roomy and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Well stocked with cookware and games with enough space for groceries and storage for our things as well. Comfortable beds and beautifully tranquil balcony for enjoying morning coffee. We will definitely look for this property or the space below it for our return visits!!

Stayed Dec 24, 2024The apartment itself is nice, newly renovated as they mention and nicely done. Very clean. There was construction going on downstairs during the day a couple times but it was quiet at night. The beds were fairly soft which was not our preference. It also would help to have more clear directions on where to go at check-in given the apartment is part of a larger building/property and it wasn’t obvious from the check-in instructions.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Palm Villa is an excellent home base for exploring Sarasota County and the surrounding area. It is a quiet and tranquil escape from the coastal hustle while still within walking distance (touch over a mile) of waterfront dining and entertainment. The unit has everything I would need for a weekend or a more extended stay.
