Modern large two bedroom apartment on the third floor downtown Sambava, Antaimby , near shopping areas, gated entrance, very comfortable living, fully equipped kitchen with: stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, utensils, dishes, wine glasses linens, mosquito net, hot water, bathroom, towels, flat screen TV with canal satellite, unlimited fiber optic internet, generator you can use during power outage you supply the Gas . No washing machine but we have washing basin.

Myplace is very comfortable, modern fully equipped with amenities and westerners standard. This is my vacation home and I decide to make it available while I am not using it for people who love luxury like home while traveling. It is fully equipped Kitchen , very large kitchen combination with dinning, living room, beautiful furnished veranda has view of the neighbors. No washing machine in the apartment but there is a hands washing basin in the ground floor that can be used for all guest any time. We can provide for someone to wash your clothes during your stay for extra cost.
We have generator you can use during power outage if you wish to supply the Gasoline.

The apartment have a large veranda with dinning table and furnished seating areas where you can have your breakfast and dinner or you can just rest any time during your stay.

My place is very comfortable, large and nice a , it is very quiet, very secure and its locate in the center of Sambava. This is not possible to find anywhere else in Sambava.
No washing machine in the apartments or in the building however there is a washing basin in the ground floor that all guests can use at any time.
We do have an optic fiber internet installed in the third floor however I don't guaranty the strength around the entire building, also keep in mind that Madagascar have a lots of electricity cuts over the year however we have generator our guests can use if they wish to use it by purchasing the gas.

The apartment is secluded from the neighbors since we have locked gated entrance and not to mention Sierra is in the third floor, you will have the entire third floor and all its furnished veranda

It is only one block away from the main road , Rue Bazarikely where you can catch a taxi or a bus.
I don't have a parking in the property but there is daily parking space you can rent very cheap near by.
I can find a taxi that will pick you up when ever you need one from a late night out, and can pick you up from the airport .

Ma place est très confortable, moderne entièrement équipée avec commodités et standard occidental. Ceci est ma maison de vacances et je décide de la rendre disponible alors que je ne l'utilise pas pour les gens qui aiment le luxe comme à la maison lors d'un voyage. Il est une très grande combinaison de cuisine entièrement équipée avec salon salle à manger, belle véranda meublée a vue sur les voisins.

We don't run a Hotel, I arrange to rent my residential place when none of my family from abroad are using it. We will provide you with a cleaning town and bed sheets to change your bed once per week and we will clean your place once per week upon request.
There are no washer and dryer in the apartment but we have a clothes wash basin in the ground floor can be use to all guests.
We can provide to wash your clothes during your stay for an additional cost if you desire

L'appartement est isolé des voisins puisque nous avons verrouillé l'entrée et que Sierra est au troisième étage, vous aurez tout le troisième étage et toute sa véranda.

Si vous voulez visiter l'apartement directement vous pouvez m'envoyer un email a savavacance208@ letter.g ou en taxi et deposer a Mr. Falay Antaimby. La maison est juste a l'intersection de PMI a coter du Station shell. Lot IVC 317 Antaimby, just deriere de le plus haut building dans cette endroit.

Il se trouve à seulement 30 metre deriere de la rue principale, rue Bazarikely, où vous pourrez prendre un taxi ou un bus.
Je n'ai pas de parking dans la propriété mais il y a un espace de stationnement quotidien que vous pouvez louer très bon marché à proximité.
