Views and Entrance Along French Creek One Bedroom Condo 149/night June-Sept. 1

Everything was great! Dave and Sharon were very accommodating. The room was spotless, comfy bed, quiet....couldn't ask for more....Other than more snow!

The condo was clean, very comfortable with beautiful surroundings including a Mountain View and had all amenities you need. Our host was great and everything went very well. We would most definitely stay there again!

Great property a short distance from downtown. We never walked to downtown or took the nearby bus. I estimate the walk would be around 20 minutes. Parking downtown was very easy and affordable, but we were there off season. Very nice neighborhood with some walking trails and great views. The dedicated parking spot was nice to have. I recommend staying here if you are not committed to staying downtown.

The perfect location for visiting Breck. We were literally minutes from downtown and right on French Creek. The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was perfect and the host was incredible. I highly recommend!

The property was gorgeous, super comfortable, and convenient to town. There were great views of Mt. Baldy and the French Creek. The communication with the owners was excellent. The condo had all of the small cooking bonuses needed like salt, pepper, spices, oil, and other cooking materials. There is no oven though aside from the small toaster oven, but this was a minor inconvenience. They also provided bathroom amenities such as shampoo/conditioner, soap, and body lotion. I had a lovely stay and will certainly return! Thank you!

It’s beautiful property with amazing hosts, close to everything you need and anything else is worth the drive! Even in negative weather we stayed warm and cozy!

I will definitely stay here again! It was just me but would be comfortable for a couple. The view in the living room is amazing. It is so close to town that I walked to town one day. It is so quiet with no noise of others coming in late or getting up early like at some condos I have stayed at in Breck. I didn’t take the bus but is just a few steps away.

Joanie and I had a wonderful stay at David & Sharon's property in the French Creek neighborhood of Breckenridge. Our congenial hosts provided us with a well maintained, comfy and exceedingly clean place to call home for three nights. A GREAT value for such beauty and comfort. Warm cozy, convenient place to spend a few days on the slopes. Shuttle access made maneuvering through Breckenridge simple. We had a wonderful stay that was quiet and relaxing. We can't wait to return.

This property fit us perfectly. It was close to downtown, but not too close. The views are beautiful and we loved hearing French Creek through the open windows. The property is small, but well laid out and organized, so that we had plenty of space. We would book it again without hesitation.

Perfect place for an escape from the heat. The cozy little unit was located surrounded by trees, mountains and the sound of the river. This only added to the charm. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property, attached to a beautiful home with its own private entrance. Windows look out to the morning sun and mountains. Creek runs along property, sounds amazing. 5 mins to Breckenridge Main Street.

Close proximity to downtown Breckenridge, but far enough away from the crowds. Very quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Enjoyed listening to the creek, which ran alongside the Vrbo. Nice area to go for walks or ride a bike.

Great Mountain View’s at a good location and gracious hosts. We keep coming back for a reason.
