Check in was easy;House had unobstructed great view of the beach from the kitchen, sitting area and deck. House is 1 block from beach, bike and running trailEasy walk to shops, dinner, coffee.

Absolutely loved our stay @ Mary’s . The property, the view, exceeded our expectations Mary was the perfect host allowing us to leave our car parked as our flight was delayed. Greatly appreciated. As we now need a point of entry & exit to US from OZ this is the perfect place ! Hopefully see you soon when we next visit our son .

Fantastic stay! Beautiful Strand adjacent apartment. Walking distance to the sand, restaurants, shops etc. Gorgeous views and great amenities. Mary was a terrific host.

Excellent walkable location close restaurants and shops and so close to the beach. Loved the ocean views and one minute stroll to the sand! Very clean and comfortable with plenty of necessities provided. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Our family loved our stay here while in Manhattan Beach and would love to return!

Mary was a joy to deal with and so welcoming. She made our visit feel like home. The unit was well appointed, in a great location, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would recommend Mary and this unit to everyone.

It was perfect for our little getaway. 1 min from the sand. The view has changed a little bit from the two story house's that have been built in front of the ocean view and still construction is going on. Mary, the owner of the apartment is very sweet and friendly. It was worth every penny I spent for 7 wks. I would do it again.

The property was even more beautiful in real life. I was absolutely surprised by how close we were to the ocean, I feel like it was perfect! The place was spotless, the views were incredible, the kitchen was set up exactly for somebody who was there to cook - had enough things for coffee in the morning, etc. Beds were comfy. Mary, the host was excellent to work with! Very clear communicator and also helped me when I could not get online. We travel professionally and I love it when a listing looks just like the product!We will be back!

We had a wonderful time in Manhattan Beach. The view from this place is hard to beat. The stylish decor and comfortable furnishings made for a luxurious retreat.Mary went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Our hostess Mary could not have been more accommodating and kind. The home was in the perfect location, a half a block to the Strand and the beach. Having cocktails on the outdoor balcony or from both the family room and kitchen the views of the breaking waves is outstanding. A TRUE GEM.

Mary’s home was fantastic, communication was excellent, and the location is incredible. We’ve stayed on the Strand in other parts of Manhattan Beach, but we prefer this location. 2 houses off the sand, and in the best part of MB. Amazing

I loved this condo! The freshly refinished stairway and beautifully updated master bathroom added a touch of elegance and made the space feel perfect. The patio, with its stunning, energizing view, became my favorite spot to recharge.
