Very bright two-room apartment in the heart of Bologna (CIN: IT037006C2J3YU2RG5)

The place met our needs and loved the little court yard outside the place. However, there was a little issue with sewage smell in the bathroom. Other than that we had a great stay.

The apartment is in the heart of Bologna just steps from great restaurants and shopping. The host Andrea is great as well. Highly recommended.

Andrea and Simone were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially during the check-in process, which was smooth and welcoming thanks to their clear communication and attention to detail. They went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations for local spots to visit, eat, and explore, which really enhanced our experience. Very attentive and gracious hosts—we felt well taken care of from start to finish! There was even a whole drawer of toiletries in case you forget anything!

The place ist very nice and very clean. We needed just a few minutes by taxis from the maintrainstation to the appartment. The beds ar very comfy and good smelling! We really slept well there. Also the kitchen was clean and you have everything you need there for cooking. Showercabine ist a little small, but okay to handle. Our Host Andrea was very nice, we were in good contact through whatsApp, he was very fast with writing back, if we had a question and was also very patient, as our train had a delay. Your really make a good choice, if you rent this place!

Andrea was there to welcome us with a lot of good info. The place is small but clean and cute. The area is perfect.

From the moment I saw Andreas big smile I felt welcomed. He took me up to the apartment and showed me everything I needed. Gave me excellent recommendations and very helpful tips. The location is perfect. Everything I wanted to see was within a half hour walk. There is a very vibrant night life close by. It was by far the quietest place I stayed. No noise from the street through the night. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Bologna. The apartment was small and quaint, perfect for the three of us. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard drinking a glass of wine in the evening. Andrea was phenomenal in all the help he gave us and answering questions and making suggestions! We highly recommend this site for your time in Bologna! Ciao!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. 15 minute walk to center.

We had a comfortable stay in this excellent location with great bars and restaurants nearby and also in easy distance to the centre. Hosts gave lots of recommendations and quickly responded to our calls.

My daughter and I started at Andrea’s place for almost a week. Andrea was helpful , the area is lively, the apartment is quiet, the neighborhood restaurants are good and Bologna is a wonderful city.
