Ideally located, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, while thenearest vaporetto (water bus) stop is only 3 minutes away on foot, providing easy access to all areas of the city. The surrounding streets offer a selection of local grocery stores, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.



Castello is renowned for its genuine Venetian atmosphere, away from the busiest tourist routes. In recent years, the district has become increasingly popular with artists, architects, collectors, and cultural travellers thanks to its proximity to the main exhibition venues of the Venice Biennale.



The apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve its historic features while providing every modern convenience. It accommodates up to six guests and features:

•A fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table

•Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower

•A spacious master bedroom with ample wardrobe space

•A second bedroom with two single beds

•A smaller living room with TV and a double sofa bed, ideal for children or teenagers

•A generous central entrance hall connecting all rooms

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with an efficient air conditioning system, heating system, complimentary Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer and everything else you may need also for an extended stay.

Additional Rules & Information



• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.



• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.



• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page



• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.



• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.



• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.



• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.



• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.



• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
