Dog Rules:
Our units at ISLES VISTA CAY RESORT may accept pet (maximum of 2) subject rules, size and pet policy defined by HOA. A formal request to bring pet must be sent before the check in date. A Pet fee to
apply. We accept a maximum of two pets.
Should you did not pay our “pet fee” during the reservation procedure, we will send you a request of
payment, to be accepted before the check in date, as follow:
- $140 per pet / stay - Non-refundable.
Guests must guarantee all pets are home stay trained. Guests must have communicated and paid the pet fee prior to check-in.
While we do accept pets at our property, there are some rules that we ask all guests to abide by:
- Animals must be well trained to be kept alone at home, otherwise it cannot be left alone at
the property.
- Animals are not permitted on the furniture or upholstered items.
- No evidence of pet waste may be left on/in property.
- It is guest responsibility to bring all utensils to feed and treat the pet.
- All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly, regardless of where you are in the
community.
- Cannot cause excessive noise or barking.
- Must always be on leash while outside at the property, or in common areas.
- Damage will be billed separately, including extra cleaning fee charged by the cleaning
company in case the above rules were not followed.
A nom-communicated pet found inside home will subject the guest to a fine of $200 per pet/stay plus the pet fee. Nom authorized pets will not be allowed to stay inside the home and must be immediately
excluded from the property, subject to a rental cancelation without any right of refunding, plus the pet
fee.
All dogs must be controlled at all times while in public and on property (Florida Law Requirement).
We DO NOT supply any item for pets. So, please take care of your pet and provide at least the following
items for them:
• Pet need to be on a leash when outside home
• Be courteous and clean up behind
• Bowls for food and water
• Pet-friendly furniture covers
• Plenty of designated towels to wipe off paws at the door
• Extra cleaning supplies

    It was a nice place, but there were a few things that were not OK. For example, several of the kitchen and bathroom cabinet drawers fell off when you pulled them. Some were faux drawers, others were real, but all were poorly installed. Also, there was no can opener, and we had to go buy one. There were also dozens of flying insects inside the residence. Lastly, some places on the Pergo floor were held down by screws. Screws also were inserted to hold down a corner of the kitchen counter. That was very poor installation work.

    It’s a good location to all parks, with Disney about 20mins away. Publix is right next door so groceries and essentials are easy. Property was clean and has a view of a pond. During our stay, there’s construction for a new apartment next door so parking was scarce. Overall it was a nice stay

    The condo was perfect. Great communication. Owner let us check in early. No issues with the unit itself. However, the Vista Cay complex is building more condo buildings and have taken a large amount of convenient parking away. Thought it was tight.
